The whole facility would have to be refurbished once again. The rooms are clean and OK. But if you already offer a kitchen then there should be a bit more in it. Even had to buy dishwashing detergent to be able to wash off.

Pleasant. We were my partner and I and feared for the noise mentioned in the reviews, but the truth is we didn't hear anything. Very friendly staff. Yes, very few kitchen utensils and cleanliness could be improved.

Very well located on the way to the airport. Walking 6 minutes you arrive at conference halls. Very good connection to the centre of Seville with buses and close to train station.

Great, both the apartment (spacious, well insulated from the outside, you hear absolutely nothing of the street, very clean and comfy beds) as the treatment of the staff. Both the heating and the fridge and the hot water, everything works well.

Not a bad hotel near the airport!

Overall it's pretty good with a good price, the stay is nice and quiet. The staff at the front desk very helpful, it is close to commercial and entertainment venues. Plus, there's plenty of parking space. One of the things that is regular is the kitchen utensils that are barely there, although there are plates and microwaves.
