We stayed at this hotel through Wonderbox and the experience at this hotel has left a lot to be desired…
1. When you arrive in the room, in addition to not having a double bed but two single beds, the sheets of one of them were dirty, as with stains of makeup. And when I went to the bathroom and lifted the toilet lid, there was stagnant dirty water.
2. At midnight we started to hear the cries of people coming out of the dining room and called Reception to complain, to which the receptionist answered in a very dry way that good, they were people contentilla leaving the restaurant and I would say something to see if they were quiet. With this we got the 2 in the morning without being able to sleep. Smoking paper walls.
3. The next day when I entered the shower, I found a long black hair. My boyfriend's shaved and I'm a short-haired redhead. Come on, the cleaning in the bathroom shone from his absence.
And, in addition to all these "details", the towel radiator was rusty and the paint fell into pieces and the ventilation grate sucked to see it.
From our experience, this hotel was four star at the time. That or, how we were free, they put us in the most crappy room there was. No plug to charge the phone! My boyfriend was lucky and had one next to the bed, I had to go to load it to the bathroom…
The breakfast buffet was correct but it was not four star quality food either.
As positive data from the hotel, the friendliness of the receptionist who waited on us to arrive and the location.
Conclusion: If we were to pay a hotel night, nor would madmen be in this. And as it was for the gift package from Wonderbox and we didn't have to pay anything, we prefer to leave there as soon as possible and not claim. But I prefer to leave a review for prospective guests.
