The suite with jacuzzi very nice and large.

We stayed several days at the hotel. We were few guests. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Good service. The only unpleasant thing was the way to come from a receptionist who humiliatingly treated his peers who work at the bar. They were struck by the diners, regardless of their presence. It seems common in the way you treat your peers, you may feel authorityd to be the one who has been in your job the longest.

It has been our hotel since the day we were getting married, for over six years.
We understand the moments we're going through, but my husband works at the buffet. A hotel in Fuengirola and we do not understand the mismatches that are in the hotel service.
1. There is not a minimum menu for lunch or dinner.
2. The breakfast buffet does not exist. It serves everything as a café without knowing what is there or is offered.
3. The pool does not have afternoon service. Only until 19.00.
4. Parking is a nuisance for the customer, as you have to go with the staff to tell you where to park.
5. The room has no amenities, being a four star. This already comes from before COVID-19.
But the worst thing is not this. The worst thing is to see that the hotel has a good occupancy and that it does not offer any customer service. See how the staff is working over 200%, maniacing and juggling to get a decent and willing service despite customer complaints.
Martina and other reception guys, friendly despite the useless walks they must give to the parking lot with how easy it would be a pair of gloves and a robe.
Rosario, Mari Carmen, Omar and another girl (sorry I don't remember the name), who with much cousin and sympathy serve and serve and serve trying without being able to give a buffet that does not exist.

The dinner buffet was pitiful, cold dishes, fritanga pure and without anything of their choice. To go to the spa go through in the towel throughout the cafeteria. The price of contracting with the hotel is more than double that contratandolo on the internet, an outrageous price and that the room is not worth it.

The hotel is a pity, very noisy, the beds are not comfortable.

There is noise everywhere, if it doesn't come from the next room comes from above, the transformers of the ceiling lamps make a lot of noise.

Definitely Not a four stars. The room is not adequately kept, the walls are dirty, the towels were not plush as you would find in a 4 ⭐️, the bed were not comfortable. Granada is a beautiful city but don’t stay in this hotel. Additionally, there is no hospitality towards the guest. Rude waitress and I mean rude screaming scolding the guests because they sat at the wrong table. Refuse to provide service. Not recommended.

Good location, nice room and the food is not bad.

Good welcome, spacious room (negative point: 6th view of the street) Beautiful pool, restaurant with menus at 12 and à la carte. Very present staff. Not far from the center on foot.

The Hotel overall is very nice. You can see that it is a bit older though. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice. The only problem I see is that the food is pretty bad. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and the dinner tastes like everything was bought and just heated.

You get tapas for every beer you order, which is awesome. Rooms are ok'ish but clean.

Apart from being a little excessive the price of the entrance to the pool, the lack of hygiene is the biggest catch. We went first thing in the morning, there were barely people and despite that, the bathroom was really bad (I won't go into any more details). This didn't change all day. As for the service of the restaurant, the waitresses were friendly but, the food took a long time to arrive. When I had almost finished eating, my partner's plate arrived.
I hope they're looking for solutions as soon as possible because if not, it's wrong. Raising the price to lower the quality leaves much to be desired.

Celebrate my 30th birthday with my friends and family. Close to 90 people dining at the pool and we lacked for nothing! An amazing atmosphere and with a deal great. I plan to repeat.

The hotel is beautiful and super cozy. The hotel's commercial director, Álvaro, is quite a gentleman, very attentive and friendly. We celebrate there our graduation and overall all very well. The hotel has a very large and beautiful nightclub.

To say… I got married there, the spectacular deal on the part of Álvaro, a professional, everything went great, totally recommended.

It's a supercoloured hotel with a really nice Sierra Nevada landscape. The rooms are spacious and somewhat retro but comfortable. The bathrooms are also very spacious. The lobby has a very nice Andalusian style. You're glad to hang out and talk looking at the fountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are very complete. Personally I really liked his Balconada Florida and upholstered in different greens. Its address is Cuesta Escoriaza 17, Granada. You are about 13 blocks from the Alahambra and 45/50 blocks from the cathedral.

Very good site if you want to spend the night in Granada. Everything great, food, cleanliness, location, although some beds are a bit uncomfortable (in the bunks)

Well-located hotel in Granada. Quiet and only a 15 minute walk to the center and the Alhambra. We were staying on the 5th floor with a nice view of the Sierra Nevada. The most: the small private terrace very appreciable. The downside: Breakfast disappointing (fat and really not good). Parking on site outside or in the basement with valet service.

Excellent deal. We arrived in Granada without tickets for the Alhambra because on the web were exhausted, we got tickets to the Alhambra doing the impossible to get them, for a small fee cost of paperwork I remember that were about €5.

Basic, classic Hotel that the price is economical and that is reflected in everything. Reception staff with little desire to work however the Lady of the Bar (ground floor) very friendly and professional! I'd say he's got a star that doesn't belong to him. And that is for an audience of older people. The décor is very personal for everyone so I book my opinion but if that the bed was not anything comfortable and many furniture curtains etc were spoiled out there I find it has a star other.
The hotel offers a SPA-hotel with a… Not included in the price, prepare the wallet because the bathing cap is obligatory and is not included in the price. That if very good wi-Fi connection. Another negative. To me I do not much like to walk this a little away from everything.

We were staying at this hotel with a Smartbox package and I must say it is very nice, clean, very friendly staff, I will come back again, recommended.

I used it to spend a day with friends. We were able to dispose of the pool and ate at the cafeteria. Then we enjoyed the spa. Perfect for that.

A short walk from downtown Granada, this hotel offered great spa services. The outdoor pool was closed (stayed during winter), but it looked like it would be great in the summertime. Parking at the hotel was a little tight (only a few spots), but there is street parking available nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Very noisy rooms above the spa. Avoid. The SPA has an outdoor part that you are cold-skinned. The buffet was pretty good after the hotel comment, indicating that the rooms don't say they are noisy by other guests but because you hear all the machinery of the spa. I do think it's the hotel's fault. Now well from what I see the owner or manager is not exactly the summum of kindness so between some things and others do not recommend anything this hotel.
To travel effectively is to share the same as being on the internet is to expose yourself to certain criticism. If you can not accept and collect them as a glove to improve the service and generate more business better disappear from the network.

We stayed at this hotel through Wonderbox and the experience at this hotel has left a lot to be desired…
1. When you arrive in the room, in addition to not having a double bed but two single beds, the sheets of one of them were dirty, as with stains of makeup. And when I went to the bathroom and lifted the toilet lid, there was stagnant dirty water.
2. At midnight we started to hear the cries of people coming out of the dining room and called Reception to complain, to which the receptionist answered in a very dry way that good, they were people contentilla leaving the restaurant and I would say something to see if they were quiet. With this we got the 2 in the morning without being able to sleep. Smoking paper walls.
3. The next day when I entered the shower, I found a long black hair. My boyfriend's shaved and I'm a short-haired redhead. Come on, the cleaning in the bathroom shone from his absence.
And, in addition to all these "details", the towel radiator was rusty and the paint fell into pieces and the ventilation grate sucked to see it.
From our experience, this hotel was four star at the time. That or, how we were free, they put us in the most crappy room there was. No plug to charge the phone! My boyfriend was lucky and had one next to the bed, I had to go to load it to the bathroom…

Full rococo decoration, old and rooms with balls and hairs, broken towels and carmine stains, parking costs 16. €5 a day, find parking in that area is impossible, you get the keys to the car and park them, something that I do not conceive, the cafeteria does not open until 10:30 h, so if you want to eat breakfast you walk to the nearest cafeteria, that is to say a km, at the exit of the hotel I saw as they gave the complaints other clients for situations similar to mine, in short this alone is what I could observe in one night. For me this is not a four star, I have been to pensions much better.

The hotel is a bit dated. The room was renovated and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, always willing to help. It's a little far from the center. Good breakfast and food.

Loved this hotel, very good value. It was very clean and our room had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and has lots of sun loungers. There's also a restaurant and bar and you can eat by the pool. They offered parking for €17 a day and they parked it for you. 5 mins walk to the main strip in Granada and only about 25 mins walk to Alhambra. Staff were extremely friendly.

Lovely clean hotel. Lots of antique furnishings. Attentive staff. Beautiful medium sized pool. Bars well stocked and consideration given to moving us from main building to side of hotel due to loud guests coming following night. Will come back.

Good location. Swimming pool. But rooms not cleaned very well.

Went there for a social event. We had some refreshments and snacks by the swimming pool. Then, we went upstairs for lunch. The food was great, as well as the service. Will visit again for the spa. Great experience.

Cosy, large hotel, not far from the Alhambra and the centre. Nice also the existence of an underground garage in hopelessly parked Granada.

Stayed here over a night in a double room. Service was good and the room were just enough. Few spots to connect chargers and a bit farther outside the city than we first got them impression on. We also tried the spa but there only 5 out of the 8 stations worked.

The room was good, the scenery was nice, the smell in here was good and relaxing, the man at front service was very very good, professional and have a service mind but 1 woman staff who have brunette hair and housekeeper look down to Asian girls and speak Spanish to my friend which it mean mother fucker unbelievable word that can not believe staff could swears to customer but it's true! but overall was fine…

Nice big hotel with good service. Small shortcomings in detail. Only two coffee machines with long lines, broken electrics… but still recommended.

The hotel is very good in general, although there are some issues to improve. Especially the snack-bar service, in spite of the good quality of the food, the attention is ill-fated due to lack of staff, easily you can go over an hour to eat a salad. There is only one waitress for the bar and the terrace, and quite unpleasant, the woman. Shame, above all, by the disorder that makes you have to look for a restaurant nearby, after waiting for an hour without you look at siqu… eiraf and after a whole morning kicking… the Other one against the most is the lack of control over the ready to leave the towel to save site in the pool. Low, you find the sun loungers "occupied" with umbrella, but not a soul bathing, with what… or you put it in the sun, in the ground or you're going to take a nap. However, the room great, clean, the pool very cool, very good breakfast buffet and the receptionists charming.

A very nice hotel with a very friendly and competent staff something which is appreciated a lot in dealing with any matter. The pool one of the more calm in which I have been, not very big but I served to desestresarme. They serve traditional food in an innovative way. Frankly the only flaw I've seen is the Hall, not known anything, light system is a bit old and it shows, but worse is the music selected in my visit at least two slightly different styles of music mixed. In summary the greater fault this hotel it is rather unimportant. In my opinion is an option to have encuenta for stays not superior to some 5 days aprox.

Hotel in a quiet area within walking distance of the Centre of Granada. Spacious rooms, serviced spa and outdoor swimming pool open in season. Parking is difficult in the area, available parking payment. Free Wi-Fi.

Wifi is terrible in the rooms and you have to stand near the door or be in the hall or lobby to receive a good signal. Location is good. Pool is good size with enough chairs and tables nearby.

The hotel itself was very good although really we were only sleeping.
My complaint is that from 10:00 in the evening, they began to move chairs and furniture just above us and hard hours.

We arrived shortly after 12 o'clock and had to wait for it to do the room. They are small but fairly comfortable, room temperature and adequate water. The breakfast buffet is very full. I put 3 stars because perhaps today does not deserve 4, some things are very old.

They have less detail than a "seat Panda". In a 4 star hotel and you put paper napkins at the table… And the Jacuzzi outdoors in winter…

We were in a group in April 2015… very clean. And muyy good breakfast.

A year ago we were my wife and I hosted in it. We loved it. Now we will repeat (with an organized tour de ski) at carnivals. I was delighted to know that we are going to Los Angeles.

We went to Grenada for the first time, the children were amazed hotel, barely came out of the pool. Very close to the Centre of the city and in a very quiet area. The best beds, my wife obsessed mattresses and cleaning, everything perfect. We recommend it 100%. One of our children was bad and from reception and cafeteria all were super friendly. Breakfast is buffet and you have everything, but you find it you can ask for it and they prepare. I recommend you try some massage treatment or something so at the spa, it's great.

I stayed at this hotel last December. We were in bed and breakfast. The room was very good and spacious. I really like breakfast in the hotels and breakfast found all what you usually expect from a hotel breakfast. What I liked most was the staff. We engaged friendship with a waitress of the cafe that recommended several sites of tapas. We were very excited to go for tapas in granada and the first day we pay the hazing and just caps on sites for tourists. Thanks to this woman, we find good sites for tapas. The hotel has a spa, gave us a massage and was really good. What surprised me most of the Spa was a Jacuzzi that exist abroad. It is very nice to be in the December cold making on the street in a pool of hot water. I did not like that the parking lot was full and is not an area where you can park well, I had to Park pretty far. I recommend this hotel, when you return to granada surely will repeat.

I loved the hotel. I want to thank all the staff so nice that we receive. The staff was very nice. We had a memorable stay and return safely. The spa we've enjoyed and the food was very well both at breakfast and at dinner we did. I want to leave a good comment to put my two cents and this kind of boutique hotels to endure since I hate modern hotels today's day that can't you taste anything thanks and we will see.

Hotel spare at least one star. Toilet, amenities or welcome products products are very scarce, despite suggest ask for them at the reception. The mini bar is empty. There are no glasses in the room and the bath not changed them / cleaned up in the three-day stays we were. The trash not emptied one of the days. We reach bedding we find wrinkled, without the care that I find in four star hotels. Light rooms is insufficient (according to ecological reasons). Hard to read a book with this type of light. Breakfast, buffet, though is of poor quality for the price that is paid. In Granada there are better sites where breakfast for half price. The hotel, despite being located in a quiet location too is noisy. Gate division of the corridors, gave bumps that looked like they had been inside the room. On the weekend we have been have been held on Saturday and Sunday communions. It was impossible to relax in the afternoon by the continuous noise that could be heard in the room. On Sunday, there was even a show in the pool at naptime! They were very considerate with guests at the hotel…
The attention of the employees: very correct.

Poorly maintained rooms, no minibar and hard to find. It's more a 3 stars hotel than a 4.
