It has been our hotel since the day we were getting married, for over six years.
We understand the moments we're going through, but my husband works at the buffet. A hotel in Fuengirola and we do not understand the mismatches that are in the hotel service.
1. There is not a minimum menu for lunch or dinner.
2. The breakfast buffet does not exist. It serves everything as a café without knowing what is there or is offered.
3. The pool does not have afternoon service. Only until 19.00.
4. Parking is a nuisance for the customer, as you have to go with the staff to tell you where to park.
5. The room has no amenities, being a four star. This already comes from before COVID-19.
But the worst thing is not this. The worst thing is to see that the hotel has a good occupancy and that it does not offer any customer service. See how the staff is working over 200%, maniacing and juggling to get a decent and willing service despite customer complaints.
Martina and other reception guys, friendly despite the useless walks they must give to the parking lot with how easy it would be a pair of gloves and a robe.
Rosario, Mari Carmen, Omar and another girl (sorry I don't remember the name), who with much cousin and sympathy serve and serve and serve trying without being able to give a buffet that does not exist.
AND NOW COMES THE BEST: where is the disinfection of the tables if it does not give time or to collect (if there are supposedly so many measures)? And in the afternoon there are all the dirty tables with people in the pool until 22:00 you can be? Where's the service of an alleged 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
It's our hotel, we loved it and we want to come back in two weeks, but we'll call and if this goes on like this, feeling it a lot, we'll go to another one.
