If you dare to go for the Spa, you better not go. It's ridiculous.
The rooms are not bad.
On the other hand there is the theme of the hotel restaurant. We had a dining experience to spend or taking advantage of the hotel restaurant being among which you could choose, we booked. Due to the few staff they decide not to open the restaurant and serve you at tables that are located near the cafeteria — hotel bar. The truth is, it was ridiculous. It sounded like a joke. On the other hand I have to say that the attention received by the waiters was 10.

The hotel is great. In an ideal location where I was going. Very modern and well equipped. I was surprised at how much detail you have. In the bathroom you put several soaps, gels, handkerchiefs, sponges! And even toothbrushes with their paste. Large TV and large closets. I would definitely repeat.

Nice big room. Good breakfast! Gluten Free toast. No ramp for Prams or wheelchairs!

Only one elevator worked and it was also very slow. The room was a little creepy and I'm not sure about the color scheme but the services were good and the restaurant was exquisite.

Stayed here with a group. Although I had specified in earlier email had booked 6 rooms & wanted more, staff seemed surprised & more than annoyed that 16 of us would turn up together for check in. We were not in a hurry to check in & no pressure was put on receptionists at all by us by they did not seem happy to see all of us together. To be fair, the same receptionists became more pleasant as our stay went on & were ultimately more friendly & helpful by the time we left. The hotel is lovely, we were all disappointed the pool & terrace area were closed mid-May. However my biggest disappointment was our room. We did receive room on high floor with a view as requested & for that I thank you sincerely. However, 2 x bottles sparkling water in mini bar had already been opened & refilled I imagine by a previous guest which I found to be quite disgusting. The seals were broken on the bottles. I didn't check the bottles of still water. This meant the minibar was obviously not checked before we moved into room. We were not charged for these bottles. The air conditioning did not work on our first night. We mentioned to reception at which stage it was repaired and/or turned on but was hit & miss for the rest of our stay. The fans never worked in the bathroom at all (we also mentioned this to reception) & at times when running the tap water the smell was unbearable.

Well located in front of the sea and aproximite of the beach.

We arrived at the hotel with a Wonderbox reservation and decided to book one more night to enjoy the city of Granada. Beautiful Hotel with all the facilities and very close to the city centre without taking public transport. We recommend.

The room was clean. Staff was nice. The only recommendation is to have the AIr Conditioner work better. The room was a little too warm.

Clean, modern, well-located, friendly staff, good breakfast (although a bit chaotic), great Wi-Fi.

The perfect room. Great, the beds comfortable and also we had one with terrace to enjoy more.
The breakfast was very good.
The problem is that if you come by car there is no place to park in the area and you have to use the hotel parking at €21 a day.

Well, but without much personality.

The hotel is quite new with modern installations, great service and amenities. Bus stop outside the door and a taxi rank nearby. 300m from the train station and metro and 1 km from the Cathedral and city centre. Staff are polite and speak various languages. Good is good and the restaurant has reasonable prices.

The hotel is OK, the location is not bad, a 15 minute walk from the center on a nice walk. The spa is quite small but with lots of light and nice. The rooms are OK but they have two beds. Great breakfast, there was everything! I would recommend it.

He had an offer with life is beautiful. We called to book, said the discount code and was told there was no availability. We called the next day, without saying we had discount voucher and were offered table. We didn't like anything that, for going with a bonus, they say no. Very bad, gentlemen.

Well located Hotel, to get to the center you can walk without any problems, plus the walk up there is by a main avenue so it is very nice. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was pleasantly surprised by the variety it offers. I think the value for money is fantastic, so if I returned to Granada I would stay again at this hotel.
As the only suggestion, Recomedaría put some music on the musical thread at the restaurant dinners, as it would give a more cozy touch.

Overall not bad but there are some downsides that may be inconvenient to some.

The common toilets are dirty. But room service was good and clean. Breakfast was too good.

Me ha encantado el hotel, tanto en decoracion como en comodidad. Personal muy atento y amable, el unico pero es la zona de spa que es muy pequeña, ya que hay un unico jacuzzi para 3 personas maximo. Por lo demas todo perfecto, repetiré en un futuro.

Spacious room with some broken switch but nothing else, the windows pretty dirty on the outside and the bed, in theory of marriage, were two single beds together, the bathroom the worst of the room smell strong to drain that stretched all over the room if you You left the door open.
The spa was good but very small (3 people only in the Jacuzzi).
The parking with an exorbitant price, 21 €/day, better leave it on the street the breakfast fairly well and the staff very friendly.

Well maintained hotel in the centre of town.

I asked for a work trip room and the desk lights were broken, they didn't turn on. Turning on the hot air began to smell tobacco from the ducts from whence it came. In the shower came water from all sides through the anchors. My personal opinion, this hotel does not deserve to have the 4 stars it has. He needs maintenance and he's forgotten.

I loved everything about this hotel! The price was great and the breakfast was very good. They treated us phenomenally. We were a family that we were about 20 people… we had dinner at the hotel with a menu of €35 per person super good! The room was great. The comfortable bed…
What I don't know is if the location for whoever wants to walk to the center is the ideal. I am a car…
I recommend 100%!
By the way, if you want parking, instead of the hotel there is one very close public Q if you sample hotel bill it costs €9 per day or thing like that, very economical and covered… (Parking la Caleta)

The room was really nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we payed a supplement for the spa services and they were disapointing to say the least. Not only services were minimal but also all od them misfunctioned. Jacuzzi didnt work properly and it was 3 guests only, sauna worked only once and turkish bath was reforming. Breakfast was delicious and with great variety too, bit overall only an average score for them.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good. Quite new facilities, care and clean. The buffet breakfast was also great, very complete and with many options although the lounge was a bit chilly by the air conditioning. The main drawback is the pool, it's very small, it doesn't cover anything. It makes it uncomfortable to share it with other guests. The location a little removed from the center but that makes it a very quiet place with zero noises.

Hotel with very good views. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
The pool is somewhat small and the jacuzzi is fine but there are usually no people.
Breakfast is very complete and has variety for Spanish, Continental or American breakfast.
It's walking from the center about 15-20 minutes. The worst thing is the traffic and parking in the area.

Price ok but hotel somewhat years. Breakfast mediocre. Multi-storey car park available. Good starting point for city break.

Great hotel. Perfect location and well connected to the airport of Granada… Nice rooms, great breakfast.

This in very good area, is very spacious, but several flaws in the room as we could not open the window and some switch that did not work and the high is that you go to the spa and see that the sauna is a room lined with wood quite deteriorated and with a heating ctor, besides that for a hotel so large that they put in the spa a jacuzzi of a capacity of three people besides a Turkish bath of which the only thing that it seemed to the real one is that tapeworm was the vapour but neither smelled mint nor anything. In short for our experience the only thing that is given four stars is for the superb location.

We chose this hotel by location and for the spa included in the room rate and because being a 4 star would have good services.
The location is good and you can walk downtown in about 20 minutes, there are also buses or taxis. The car better leave it parked and not move it around Granada. The hotel has parking at an exorbitant price of €21 the night but around the hotel you can park in white area (at no cost) with relative ease.
The spa disappointed us as it is very small with a capacity of 3 or 4 people so it is difficult to be able to use it. We used it one day a little while and the bubbles had no strength and lasted very little with what you had to be pressing the button all the time.
The room was very spacious and clean. Some towels from the shower were dirty or broken with which gave bad impression.
The restaurant hours are very small. You could have breakfast until 11 and after that time there was no chance to have a coffee in the cafeteria without having the breakfast hired, so you had to have breakfast outside the hotel, on the street.
Still, we have had a pleasant stay but the mentioned points are upgradeable and so we expect a 4 star.

Well-located Hotel with bus stop at the door, good attention, comfortable rooms and very full buffet breakfast.
Both the Jacuzzi and the pool are upgradeable, they have a wide terrace to do something better as they climbed more than 5 people and could not lie on the sun loungers of the terrace and the Jacuzzi very requested, so it would extend the pool/terrace and put a bar or Bar upstairs.
Otherwise enchanted, Granada is ideal to go in couple, friends or family, you eat great with tapas.

Worst hotel I've been to so far: Done completely, spa not handsome — totally updated everything; Another word doesn't come to mind. Have cancelled the 2nd night right away. For the first time.

Basically a decent hotel. Minor maintenance issues like broken shower wand holder, silicone on broken toilet tank, broken lock on balcony door and no mattress pad on bed. Great staff and location good enough.

Good location, great clean rooms. Comfortable pool and Jacuzzi area, breakfast abundant and varied. Very friendly staff.

Booked half board for Wife and myself as a birthday treat. Hotel was excellent. Location is great, a short walk from the City Centre and the Old Town. Room was spacious, modern and very clean, Staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast and dinner were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Hotel.
It is a simple 4 star but it has a discreet and friendly staff that is very appreciated.
The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom.
The dining room and breakfast service pretty good.
The best, the peace and quiet that you will breathe in the hotel in general and its location, since it is close to the center.

Great location, close to shopping and sight seeing. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and a good food selection for dinning in and the breakfast provided a great variety to choose from. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was fantastic — — a 4-star rating for only ~€75 a night partially during Semana Santa was a true bargain. There were extensive toiletries, actually air-conditioned rooms and free water and chocolates/candies upon arrival. The beds were quite comfortable and large, and even some English news stations were offered on TV. Early check in and late check out (both of which I did) were easily done, the breakfast was wonderful and varied, and the hotel itself has a bus stop directly in front of it. My only complaint comes in the form of the pool services. It is listed both in the room directory and online that the "water and gym zones" are free; however, the one exception is you cannot use room towels. I thought that was more than reasonable, because "pool towels provided at reception" as listed under services made me think it would be fine and taken care of. However, after a long and sweaty day of touring Granada, we came to reception to get pool towels, excited to cool off, and were informed it would cost €10 euro for 2 people to rent the towels (in a rather sassy tone from the woman at the desk). I was disappointed to say the least, partly because it did actually end up costing money to use the "free" pool service, but more so because it was not advertised anywhere (that I saw) that pool towels would cost money to rent.

A kind of perfecto. Nice hotel with clean and helpful staffs and also good rate. Modern style interior. 10-15 minutes walk to old city center and 5 minute walk to the station. Have a long piazza in front of hotel you can do jogging or relaxing walk. Nice breakfast. I like the churros and fresh sunny side egg. :).

The restaurant is conspicuous by its absence. Precooked at price of Michelin star.
Room a bit balances the scales. But not all.

A cosy hotel, good service and good location, but I don't call SPA to a sauna, Turkish bath, pool jacuzzi for 8 people and 2m in diameter.

The hotel is fairly centrally located and is easily accessible by car. Who's happy, there's even a parking in the small and narrow underground car park can get the (costs €19 / day).
The rooms are standard in the hotel. The corridors located inside are dark and stuffy.
