Great hotel but the pool not clean enough.

Incredibly lucky, we come across a cheap offer for a room that normally costs triple. No differentiation, we are treated like royalty, and we see ourselves housed in the room at the foot of the magnificent (and saving! ) rooftop pool of the hotel!
A really quiet and friendly terrace.
I especially recommend you not to miss the extremely full and diverse breakfast!

Very cozy and quiet hotel, ideal to visit Granada. The venue is set within 2 km from the city center. It has a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the upper terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended.

Very quiet hotel, 600 meters from the tourist train stop. Close to the center. Very spacious rooms and huge bed! Please note that the swimming pool is closed at 22 h. All very clean the only thing is that the pool water is quite cloudy. All very close, parking can be parked daily on the street.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Is nothing below 1 star otherwise would have rated lower. The AC was not working and it was 29 Deg in the room. It was 42 deg outside. Manager offered to switch rooms after much complaining, that AC was not working either, gave the third room and AC worked for 10 min. By the time it was almost 10:30 pm and did not have any more patience so just stayed in this room. Could not sleep though as it was still 28 deg C 80 deg F. Bathroom did not have any toiletries at all and shower kept switching between very hot and cold water. Beware and do not stay in this hotel.

The build is very new with clean and big rooms. They have late check-out and pool with terrace and jacuzzy. We have a detail in our room. Very good location near the city centre and good communicated by public transport.

Not a very nice hotel. Very basic, don't even have shampoo or conditioner. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our first room and it was 30 degrees in our room all night so we switched rooms and the air conditioning didn't work in this room either so we thoth the air conditioning sucks. It was so hot in our room we couldn't sleep. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The AC didnt work in the room I had it on all night at the lowest setting and it never cooled off.

Very good value for money. The pool on the terrace is a plus. Correct services overall however in room 306 where we stayed the hairdryer was broken and the Wi-Fi was bad or non existent.
It was a very expensive hotel.

Both my parents have stayed here while visiting me and it has always been a great experience.

It was a success to celebrate my daughter's communion in her hotel, the treatment of all the staff is excellent, professional and close, highlight Q both the maître, Anniel, as the chef, Sergio, passing by Marina, waiters and reception are the soul of your hotel. The food was excellent in all respects, my guests were very satisfied.
I would not hesitate to hold an important celebration there for me again.
Recommended 100%.

A centrally located hotel very close to the bullring. With spacious rooms The best is definitely its staff, atentisimo and professional. At reception you will be catered for as much as you need in the restaurant. Very clean Hotel with optional garage, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the attic.

Clean Hotel friendly staff a bit away from the center what makes you go down is the details you have, you put two soap tablets and yes something you need you have to ask at reception this for a 4 * * * * is a little uncomfortable and what I called attention was what The sale of water bottles and chewing gum at reception (above the counter) there are 3 * * * hotels that the water bottle puts you in the courtesy room (I will not repeat)

Good friendly Hotel in quiet area maybe a bit away from the center.

To go in summer great. Comfort, huge and comfortable bed as well as the room that has all the services and spectacular views of Granada. It also has a rooftop pool and it was always full, along with a small jacuzzi and sun loungers. Repeat. Great place.

Excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

It is close to the Plaza de Toros de Granada, an area with a good atmosphere of bars, but it is also in a quiet street. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Fact that there is only one plug on the side of the bed. Normally people plug a cell phone on either side of the bed. Otherwise all very well. It also has good access from the highway.

Food is great! A lot of food and good Food! The only problem I have is the showers being less private than I would want them to be, but other than that, great experience.

It is a very cozy place, the staff all are very friendly and attentive, when requesting some service they are very concerned about looking for the solution promptly. My stay has been very gratifying. The breakfast is very good and the staff that caters that area very efficient and very attentive. The reception starting with the person who plays the role of front desk manager and the different people who receive the guests at the reception desk very attentive and always helping to solve situations that are presented, reason for me more than enough to give that Qualification, the value of your accommodation goes according to the service provided. I am very pleased with my stay, returning would be again to this hotel.

It is very good compared to quality/price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite having a cost apart your garage, the location is good to be able to park without problem in the surroundings. In addition your situation allows you to be in the center in a few minutes even if you want to do it on foot. The room is spacious and the large bed, perhaps they have little kitchenware in the bathroom, only towels and hand soap pads, but that is no inconvenience. We'll repeat for sure.

Clean, quiet, well located to park the car and to arrive in a short time downtown. Spacious room, large bed. But it has a problem: the cafeteria is not always open and there is no place to eat anything less than five minutes. If you want a quick coffee, you can't have it all the time.

Friendly and attentive staff, the rooms are very well comfortable bed, as detail I will say that has no drawer in the whole room to leave you nothing when you leave (has a closet), the fridge, although small, cools a lot.
The breakfast is free buffet with enough quality and variety, the hot is really hot and cold, really cold. It has an area with homemade pastries, it is always to be appreciated.
About 20 minutes from downtown walking, it has been a pretty nice days at this hotel.

A pity this good hotel has the worst beds. Nearly ruined our visit to Granada due to backpain. Thankfully the other hotels on our tour had your average confortable bed at the least. I slept a lot better on college rooms while traveling on the cheap. Despite that the rest was good: nice staff, adecuate services for the category (except, of course, the beds we got) …

We had no good attention, the first night we were not walking the air conditioner and we had to change them alone because there was only one person in the establishment. After two days a nightgown disappeared, although we recovered it because it had gone to laundry the resolution of the drawbacks is not done in the immediate. In brief they are attentive but little decisive!

Good service, very clean, nice room with air conditioning and bathroom. The food of the restaurant was not the best but you have a lot of bars and restaurant very close.

The pool was beautiful, location was great, service was awesome. Loved every part of it. And our room was amazing, wish we would've stayed longer.

As well as heading further south, we stayed at this hotel for three nights in July while visiting Andalusia. Temperatures were very hot, even for the locals, so the internal air conditioning was very welcome. The large new rectangular building is immediately recognizable, though perhaps out of keeping with its surrounding environment. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable but separate, not a double as requested. The environment is generally quiet and there is a nearby monastery to visit, as well as a good Tapas bar. The hotel is a fifteen to twenty-minute walk from the centre of Granada, though there is a bus service for the less active. In the bedrooms, the emergency exit, TV LED and ceiling fire alarm lights are all too bright and no one would have a home bedroom with so much light pollution. Take a sleep mask! Breakfasts very ample (despite apparent complaints of insufficient variety etc. ) but the service varied from indifferent to bordering on the avoidably ignorant. Reasonably good swimming pool on top (fourth floor) — new and with disabled access. Sufficient for a few strokes. There is also a Jacuzzi. Sun loungers provided, but no shades. Wi-Fi was free but stopped working after 24 hours.

Central, comfortable, good service and good food. Only one catch… to control the ants.

The rooms have no practically ventilation, when we arrived the bleach smell was unbearable. We had included the dinner, which was a poor quality buffet and overheated. PRICE-quality are much lower than the price of the rooms.

I was with a few customers and the workers theatre and very good hotel.

Nice, modern room with seating area. Unfortunately broke the hairdryer in the bathroom after two minutes, and as is so often the bath under water was used in the shower.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the understanding in English was trouble-free.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the quality is mediocre. Since our time was almost only Bussgruppen there, almost all the breakfast tables were reserved and there was station atmosphere in the breakfast room.
The Park House was visible only on second glance and quite expensive with 13.20 euro per day. Unfortunately all around Park found no possibilities.

Good location to visit the city, good price and excellent service.

In the rooms of the first floor, it is not possible to sleep as the baths have a constant noise of water fall and despite put it in reception not as solved in the three nights that I have stayed at this hotel, by the others is or modern and pleasant hotel.

Toilet is terrible, room with bad smell, attentiveness of staff poor and unfriendly, no shower cap, no hand cream.

Overall, the hotel was clean as was our room. The staff in the bar area were very nice. However, I found the front desk staff to be rude and curt. My companion and I speak some Spanish, but rather than answer us more slowly so we could understand the dark-haired front desk clerk became annoyed and spoke louder — glaring at us. Please understand, sir, that when you work with the public a little nice goes a long way! Perhaps you should choose a different profession.

The customer service is unbeatable. The facilities are practically new. Very spacious and clean rooms with free Wi-Fi of great quality and an air conditioning system which comes in handy for the site where it is.

The great pool. Unique but the bar is not operational.
