This hotel complex offers accommodation in little cozy retro cottages which surrounded in beautiful garden. It's makes imagination of little town with tiny streets and squares. If you look for some quiet place for family vacation this is a right option. What was a little bit not so good that if you want Wi-Fi connection you have to pay for every day. Embarrasing. Sea is just a few steps from your treshold.

Magnificent experience!
We spent a week in this hotel, and we found it a cozy, quiet, very well located, fun place. The phenomenal animation, our children and we didn't get bored all day. Ideal place to rest, very good dining service, comfortable and cozy rooms. Beach leaving the hotel We will definitely be back!

What a 4 star hotel. The wall is falling to coffs by moisture, dirty air conditioning does not next, 2 hours of queue to wait for you to be left room. The food, better or talking, 4 dishes without variety. The dirty rooms, with a totally unpleasant smell, the air conditioning only worked in one part because according to the technician in the other it comes out less. I'm sure I won't be coming back. Go 4 stars. I've been in 3 stars better than this.

Hotel deplorable!
The room: we were in a small bungalow where everything smelled of the stale, the moisi, the humidity (sheets, curtain…). The décor and the facilities are very ageing. There is no Wi-Fi and the bungalow only has 2 outlets. One washbasin for three people… No shutters or blinds so the day wakes us all very early through the long window! The bed tops were not washed for a long time… There are no pens, papers… The first time, a single button lights all lights while the next time it only lights up half.
The air conditioner is making a terrible noise! The freezing of the hotel to wash is similar to pâté.
The cleaning: it leaves to desired… We found a dirty panties that was not ours on the bedside table! The ground is never swept… The bathtub is dirty and the handkerchiefs dusty… Horrible.

Services: regarding meals… Frozen food, bland, no taste, wine is bitter, cutlery not used by customers are reused… No hygiene…
About the bar… 30 minutes to be served! Staff at the pick up and quickly overflowed! Unable to hold a small order! Nothing is good, neither beer, nor coffee, let alone tea or infusions… Even the sodas are not fresh!

A few days of rest the hotel is well, the normal rooms, gardens are very well maintained, the beach that there is just in front of the perfect hotel, when these inside the hotel seems that these in an Andalusian town, it is pleasant the terrace with which the Room, the average food, the cleanliness of the room could improve a bit more, and the animation I imagine that on the dates I was in May was very loose, but usually we left the hotel happy. Magnificent hotel between Marbella and Mijas. It has rooms and bungalows on the beach. The kitchen is fantastic as in all the chain Senator — Playa hotels. The service is excellent, the entertainment is fantastic. It has a snack bar, a restaurant and a swimming pool.

A pleasant family holiday. We stayed 8 days at the end of the month of August. The first impression reminded us of the typical resort in the Caribbean, low houses with garden distributed in a wide space, very cool. Regarding the room, it is spacious even though its been in a little old (humidity in the low of the walls,. ). We traveled with our 6 year old daughter and I pass a great time at the miniclub (a salute to Estefi). Its situation on the side of the beach, allowed us to toggle the beach with the swimming pool. The shows were pretty focused on the French public, that when we were it was a majority.

Hotel very quiet. We loved the stay, the rooms are spacious, suite-type, and its distribution as if it were a kind of mini-people distributed around the hotel complex and situated in first line of sea. Fortunately we enjoyed good weather, we were in may, and we were able to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool of the hotel and its facilities, as well as the activities performed by the entertainment staff, although the vast majority of guests were French in origin. Regarding the food and beverage of the hotel, we were all-inclusive, to say that the food could improve a little, mainly that it were not so repetitive, while it is understandable to not be high season, however nothing to object to the drink, as always top brands. Of course thank all the staff of the hotel to your attention and good work for our stay so enjoyable.

The 4 star has got the hotel probably 30 years ago when it opened. It's just the 80s chic. But it was clean and the breakfast was good. However, the towels for the pool or beach could be really a bit bigger. What an absolute no-go was, what is actually going on in every small guesthouse, is that there is no WLAN or Wi-Fi in the bungalows and if then it costs €6. Only at the reception there is free Wi-Fi, which is very slow. For one day accommodation it was OK though.

Nice and quiet hotel suitable especially for families. The food was delicious. Hotel has very nice pools with palms around. Room equipment is a bit older.

The worst hotel which is exists. Foood is poor and still the same. Hotel staff unfriendly. The hotel stoled money from us because we were paying for 8 days and the last day we can not eat and drink … just for extra money. We paid for 4 people 3812 euros and the last day they (hotel staff) blocked our cards and wanted extra money. We are going to home unhappy and with very bad feeling of the hotel. be carefull with this hotel!

Clean hotel with mostly very friendly service. But: the double rooms with sea view are all exposed to the enormous soundscape of the pool — the mini bar has to be bought at your own expense — the majority of the food is only lukewarm!
This is not the same for a 4 star hotel!
The junior suites on the other hand are nicely done and recommended!
Nevertheless, the noise nuisance by the pool and the animation is enormous.
All in all a maximum of two to a maximum of three stars!

Been twice now and going back for a third time, find it so relating and the staff are lovely. The food was more varied than I have previously experienced in other all inc hotels. Got health and mobility problems so just need to relax so not bothered about Wi-Fi. Looking forward t my next visit in September.

Not sure how it's 4 star with just average food. The staff always seemed stressed. The facilities are quite nice I must admit but the Wi-Fi was very bad there plus you had to pay for it. Good place for kids though as the had entertainment for them plus slides in the outdoors pool.

As in the year past my family and I stayed at this hotel the last 06/07/15 were 11 days (we welcome to the advance plus and it left us great price the same as last year).
Overall a pretty good hotel. We stayed in the houses, and were very well.
Fantastic staff, the food quality equal to the rest of chain hotels.
Pool area well, with a small pool party for kids.
The animation of the hotel very good, was external, that in French. Did not mean to us no problem.
In short, I recommend this hotel.

GREAT HOTEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND CARE The Hotel in general is very good, we stayed 16 nights and everything is very neat, surprising for the variety of small houses with terrace, which are the rooms (although there are also in the main building, but the rooms are standard), these cottages are spacious and are surrounded by a lush vegetation with plants of many countries, the pool area is also very good, next to the snack bar, and a walk of a beautiful sandy beach. Ideas for families to holiday, the staff very helpful and friendly. The only downside that I put is that the animation is directed mostly to the French public since apparently there is a contract to which the Hotel is occupied by the French; so that we are here in this áspecto we have it very raw and it's a shame because this endpoint should improve and a lot, until the night shows are in French.

We have returned to spend our summer vacation in this hotel and they are already several years hosting us here. All continues being excellent, but if something there that highlight is the team of professionals that attends the hotel in all its facets. In the past two years, is have noticed many improvements by the agreement with Lookea, especially in the activities of animation that involve both to customers French as Spanish. Bad thing this season is the letter from the bar that has been reduced considerably and has made him lose some charm, although both Angel and Paul, do you forget this detail. Very poor and disappointing for us. It was the first time that we made a family trip to a hotel, in principle prepared for the children, and we have found something that responds to the price that is paid. 1-hotel: to be a 4 star general view as too loose.
2 rooms: cottage well prepared, with air conditioning, misconfigured TV, phone, large closets, bathroom large, rather punished for years, safe payment…
3 swimming pools: a small with just surveillance and large. Two normalitos slides. The old hammocks.
4-language: French. Once something in Spanish escaped… but little. Everything is ready for French, entertainment and activities.
5 staff: generally very well but overwhelmed working.
6. Welcoming — breakfast… : there was variety, it is not bad, but in our view for a 4 star hotel it was scarce. Overset staff working, not gave them time to collect and care for the tables… feeling of chaos.
7. The all inclusive option has been totally misleading. Only the things that seemed to them included.

FAMILY VACATION MARBELLA BEACH 2015 TANIA Like last year my family and I stayed at this hotel the past 06/07/15 we were 11 days (we we welcomed to the advance booking plus and we got great price as last year). The hotel is great it is very nice. It is of the style of a small village where each room is in different houses (the rooms in the main building are for a couple and a small child at the most). The state of the cottages varies from one to the other, I can verify it since we were in 4 different. On arrival, we stayed in the casitas 257 and 258, the latter had several problems: it smelled of mold, in fact it is observed dampness in the walls and broke down the air conditioning. For this reason, our first impression was quite negative, at reception we were told that the hotel was full and that they would do everything possible to change as soon as possible to the two families as close as possible. Antonio the receptionist offered us all the possibilities and was not able to treat each other better! It is a charm and in spite of the problems encountered greeted us with the best of their smiles. It is noteworthy that the staff of the hotel is a marvel to behold at any time of day and in any place where it is necessary to your help always gave the best of themselves to make happy the client (honours in this aspect).

We have spent the weekend (17/19 apr-15) in this chain hotel that we needed to know, and not been disappointed. We have made a short 48 hours we have spent on him. The hotel has simple view, I loved it, it is the ideal place to spend a few days of sun and beach. It is necessary to catch and car to visit the surroundings, Highly recommended Marbella town. "Best impossible" possibly one of the best hotels that I have visited. Food, entertainment, facilities, staff. That said, better impossible. Especially in family. The pool is spectacular and you sea glued to it. Mara animation small children is spectacular, they are entertaining at all times, and adults, if they participate, more than the same. Halloween weekend. It has been a great, "terrifying", weekend great atmosphere and entertainment. Very good location to beach. As always say that the staff is excellent, food very good and varied. Highly recommended for families. Surely we return in summer.

Holiday, one wonders is the second year that we are going to this hotel and we were as comfortable as last year, to thank all the staff: cleaning, maintenance, gardeners, kitchen and dining room, waiters at the bar and as not to the guys from the Group of animation that make us so good time and that they will come back again. I recommend it to everyone especially to families with children because they enjoy it and as not parents.

We spent 15 days of August in this hotel great animation and very affectionate, like all service. Very clean, ole cleaning people can tell that you to my taste the best hotel of this chain. The structure of the hotel was very original, it is perfect for children. The only downside, if we find one, is that the houses would need some reform. There are many French tourism.

Once again, we have spent summer holidays in this fantastic place. The novelty this year is that the hotel has reached an agreement with a French tour operator and a large part of the guests are of that nationality. It does not pose a problem, since it's tourists "in family" which stays the good climate in the hotel, on the other hand, this agreement seems that it is allowing some improvements to the hotel. Only a "but", the Group of animation "Spanish" it is running something relegated and is a shame, because they are a group of renowned professionals. Moreover, as always, superb team of people who make you feel at home, from reception, bars and restaurants.
