My advice would be if your not all inclusive or need space don't visit this hotel!. Unfortunately the rooms despite being comfortable are as small as they come and ridiculous for a family of 4 to stay in. The area is lovely and quite with a quaint beach 8 mins walk away, however should you wish to taste the Spanish cuisine there are very few places to eat and nothing to shout about, you can however grab a local bus to Marbella centre for €1.20 where you will find everything you need. The staff in the hotel are friendly the cleaner's are especially good at there job, the facilities are OK however this is a very child friendly hotel that caters more for younger children and are sometimes more safety then fun! for example no inflatables in the pool, the life gaurd follows you close without a smile which is a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately the entertainment on site really sucks! That's of course when there's entertainment most evenings the hotel is dead. If you have English children wanting to join in on clubs through out the day they won't because of the language barrier it's a very Spanish hotel. All in all you get what you pay for its cheap, friendly and clean.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel. I don't consider it offers 3* conditions. Although we announced we'll have an 8 months old baby with us, we were offered a room in the dinosaur building, which was old and very far from the one with the restaurant and the reception. And it didn't have an elevator, either, which made things complicated. But that wasn't the main issue. The furniture was old and there was a strong mold smell in the air. We asked for another room, but we encountered the same problem. After lots of discussions and the help of the tourism agency we bought the tickets from, we got a room in the reception building, which made things a lot easier for us. But the first 2 days were not nice at all. Also, the food was average to poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

It's good for the kids.
Food is no big deal, they take a long time to prepare meats, fish and pancakes. Endless queues.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very small dinosaur rooms. It hasn't worked for a day and a half the fan. There are power outages in the rooms, today there are 2.

As soon as we got there, we already wanted to leave. Wake up every morning at 6:00 in the morning. Noisy housekeeper and one wonders if the housekeeping and really did. Dog that barks. Children screaming in the hallway. Very noisy staff. Room without balcony (while we had to ask). Away from everything (16km from the centre of Marbella). When you have a place for the car is better not there leave, you have to take the bus or the taxi. Not much around.
We asked for compensation for the infernal noise, for the damage to the room and to the balcony. They refused, and asked us to pay an extra 15 euros a day to get a balcony. I really don't recommend it!

We just got here. Tiny room with a window. Lousy food. They've ruined our vacations. I'm never going back to any hotel sleaon in this chain.

Special animation for children. Thematic rooms with dinosaurs. Different and fun to 500 meters of beach but less.

The food more or less, but all frozen and overheated, the pool measures 1m deep and the pool heated a little more, the rooms dwarf with a TV of those fat and with a bad resolution, and the bathroom is one per room, that's fine, and there's private beach.
We on the beach on the way some bungalow type houses but they are from the hotel, and they have silverware lizards to have them from mascot, I would not recommend it but more or less this well.

The worst hotel that I stay in my life or in my youth I found one so dirty and poorly attended. Hygiene, food, attention evil. Impossible to make it worse.

The best staff. The hotel is bad for all must leave the hotel (to go to the pool, for the show…). The cleaning in rooms is very bad and also are very ancient. The floor of the pool very slippery. Would have to improve much to return to the hotel.

A family hotel we have passed a few days from June 1 to 9 and the truth that very well superior rooms recommend the basic improvements needed the buffet there is much variety, cleaning the truth could be improved though not bad, the employees a charm Mayte, Estefania, Rafa… animation and missed something in swimming pool… me and laughed a lot with all, secure repeat.

Nice and very attentive staff do very well their work, the tireless, attentive staff and many want to, win the affection of children very well! We had a great time We were in the month of September 2015, and this is the first time that we were going to a Diverhotel, as it is usually let to larger Hotels of this chain, but the economy and the lack of planning made it that manages in this hotel of Marbella this year. I want to say that the hotel is tiny and despite being virtually full, not suffer inconveniences whatsoever, rather the opposite, both at the time of going to the pool, a dining area, the pool bar or the bar of performances for the night; the facilities seemed to us quite suitable as well as maintained, although the rooms if that may be a little small, but in the end you spend the entire day outside, at least to us, pointing out the latter, we stayed in the main building, which I think is not refurbished, if it well the other I think that yes, this is not what I asked. Regarding the hotel staff, to highlight the kindness, care and education provided at all times, my daughter was delighted with them all. Also noteworthy is the quality of the food, at least we left happy.

I was together with my family from the 22 to the 27 of July. Despite some of the reviews that warned about some negative aspects, our experience has been wonderful. Both facilities and workers are great. To highlight the proximity of the beach, very quiet, only a few minutes by private road. The food is excellent and varied and the room service also very good. We stayed in the so-called "Mansion". The children are thrilled with the decor outside (our room was not themed), nothing out of the facilities. We spent a few unforgettable days, if we go back to spend holidays in Marbella we will definitely return to this hotel.

I was with my 2 children of 15 to 25/07/15 and am disappointed compared to photos. In addition, I was entitled to a balcony room and I had to stay in a room without balcony for 10 days. It is a hotel that covers all your needs as a client, perfect especially if you are going with children, although partner will also enjoy a lot of their facilities. The service from all the staff is excellent, and his kindness was worthy of admiration.

This year we decided to spend our summer holidays in the Diverhotel Marbella, the 20/06/2015 at 01/07/2015, a three-star hotel chain Playa Senator. We had some doubts as to what we would spend in this hotel with children, since for many years, we have spent our vacation in the chain Playa Senator, but four stars. With these conditions already assumed we decided to spend 11 days in this hotel before 7 in another four-star hotel of the same chain. What of sparse, plastic cups and a small swimming pool is real, but it has other things, that in my family we value a lot, that are, the care and friendliness of all the hotel staff, without exception. The room that we had caught hold of dinosaurs with terrace, very nice, the closet a bit small and without a view to the sea. The food to be a three-star hotel, quite well. The great beach. And the other thing that has surprised us is the good atmosphere that has been among almost all the customers of the hotel and a lot of people participating in the games of animation, both adults and children.

The cleaning in the room left much to be desired, one day even collected used gel and shampoo sachets and under the bed do not know when limpiarian. FOR relax Hotel ideal for a family holiday. It is located in a very quiet area and despite living on the coast of the Sun. Very good beach. Always friendly staff to make you feel comfortable. Facilities good and spacious, despite being full the hotel breathes tranquillity. Comfortable rooms. Buffet complete and no waiting. As negative the evening entertainment which is very simple and just worked. We will repeat.

We liked it a lot, everything in general, nice workers, waiters, animation especially Marta, food very good and varied, everything perfect, we will come back safe.

Had a great week with good food very good staff with lots todo plenty of food and drink.
