Hotel location is good because it is near Myeongdong market. The room itself is clean but it is very small. Sometimes it is very difficult to put the luggage especially the big luggage. The breakfast spread can be improved.

Perfect choice, the staff is wonderfully welcoming, helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and very well organized, fantastic location with easy access to everything and everywhere. I stayed there for two weeks and couldn't even dreamt of anything better honestly.

Nice place to stay in South Korea very adjacent to shops in Myeongdong area. Staff are super professional and very nice. Stay was worthwhile. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well.

Very well located near busy streets in the evening with Korean speciality stalls and many restaurants. Rooms small but very well designed. Lovely and very efficient staff. Rooftop lounge on the top floor when the season allows. Hot bath outdoors.

Breakfast, view, THE sauna and water spa was the best! This would be, by far, the recommended hotel in Seoul because it's near shopping centers and subway. A great place to buy cheap stuff for souvenirs!

Good location for food and shopping. Walking distance to myeondong station, and shopping street. Also nearby to namsan park, tower. Room wise new and clean, and very good service personnel. Room is on the smaller side. Washing machine and dryer available for use, which is pretty convenient.

Location (in close proximity to Myeong-Dong subway station exit 10th (but dozens of steps), 8, 9th exit Organic bus back to Incheon), health, breakfast, service, price, all good. The waiter is fluent in English. As for soundproofing, there is room for improvement. (The conversation in the evening was clearly heard by a large tenant of a Hong Kong-style Cantonese dialect in the adjoining room. ) But it was not certain that the noise was a problem or that the tenant in the room talked loudly and noisily. Because the other side of the room is not noisy issued) overall very satisfied. Can be checked in again.

Great location, small but all you need. Trendy, friendly and just across the road from everything you want to see in Seoul. Walked everywhere.

Great location just off Myeongdong, convenience stores just round the corner. Staff was very friendly. Rooftop bar offers a great view and breakfast was adequate. One of the nicer Ibis styles I have stayed in. Basic rooms are small! So opt for the slightly larger room if Budget allows.

Excellent location, the facilities are very good, free Wifi, laundry service at no cost.

Nice great hotel just within a short walking distance to Myeongdong shopping district. It offers nice, clean, chic, warm rooms with adequate size given the very affordable pricing of the rooms which I have to say, is amongst the cheapest in its class in Seoul. Recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Myeongdong. This is better than those which are directly located inside Myeongdon but are more expensive and smaller. This property is just about 3 minutes walk away to Myeongdong.

It was cold. The heating was not working and they were unable to leave us a message to indicate that they had already planned a room change. They just told us right at the time of check out that they were calling all day to the room.

The location is excellent, in front of shopping areas, markets and metro stations. Rooms are well serviced and clean. Personnel is welcoming and efficient. Things worth mentioning: — There is a laundry service and a DYI laundry (not mentioned in the website). — Breakfast is always included and on the 21st floor, with great views, which is a big plus for the mind. — There's a gym, a sauna and a pool. — There's an awesome rooftop terrace, perfect for a drink at the bar. — The room isolation is quite okay. However, if you don't get a room in the highest floor, you may end up hearing toilet flushes after toilet flushes between 12am and 2am. — If you don't plan on renting a phone with local data, be advised that the Wi-Fi is catastrophic most of the time (bad enough for applications like Google maps to timeout before they get the data). — The bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by transparent glass (I wish I could tell why…). You can lower a curtain on one side of the "wall", but the other side of the bathroom remains fully visible from the bed (they put a mirror to maintain visual access, again I couldn't tell why). Depending on who you share your room with, this might be an issue… You can actually see it in the pictures.

One of the well organized hotels in South East Asia. The room is clean with all necessary amenities. The stall are polite and helpful in every way. The rate is very competitive. I will definitely stay in this facility again.

Cozy place, just a step from Myeongdong market and a lot of food stores. All staffs are very welcome. Breakfast kinda standard and boring though.

Nice enough hotel with good furnishings. Have enjoyed staying here on 3 separate trips this year. Only minor complaint during my last trip was when trying to use the sauna: staff told me there is a charge for that, but there isn't actually any listed price…? The information wasn't very clear. Other than that (and a weak breakfast selection), a good overall experience.

Right in the center. Small but a very clean room, with a nice view over Seoul. Very friendly employees. The breakfast room and the terrace in the 21f are great. The airport shuttle bus is just a few footsteps away. And also the big shopping area and a lot of restaurants are on the other side of the street.

I stayed in during a meeting here, it turns out I made the right decision. There is a large terrace, there is a delicious breakfast. But I found the hotel dinner is too expensive, you can Myeong-dong area near downtown restaurant to eat. Rooms are a little small but nice and clean, I am very satisfied with the hotel has a small gym that.

High standard, rooms are a bit small but convenient. Space toilets as often in korea.

Hotel is very close to Myeong Dong station exit 10th, within walking distance you can reach the very convenient. There is a rooftop bar, bar very modern and very stylish, and great views. Here the staff super helpful. Overall, staff was very friendly, excellent service!
