Comparing to Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai Grande, this one is not good. The air conditioner has low frequency noise, the room is not clean underneath the bed, the bed is small and not comfortable, the notice board of exchange rate on the exception desk has no NTD, even they have lots of guests from TW. Breakfast is 19, 800 Korean won, no any special consideration for hotel guests. Close to seoul subway and bus stop is good. Based on 7 night experience from 2018/4/30 to 2018/5/7. Not a place you want come again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Facilites good but a little dated.

The hotel is consistent with the stars. Stayed on the 16th floor overlooking the artisan area and the far Imperial Palace, the view is not really bad. Room 1615 is generally not tired. The TV is very good. The Internet is good, free. The hotel has a 24-hour shop where you can buy groceries and even eat. There are many attractions within walking distance. Short budget.

Great service, clean room, spacious, and under $100 US. Subway and airport bus are right outside the hotel. Negatives are that the hotel has nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity, and the bodet in the room wasn't functional at all. Positives far out way negatives though. I'd stay again.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathroom is strong and the breakfast restaurant is exquisite. It's a nice hotel to go back to Seoul and stay.

A very nice hotel, very centrally located. Bus to the airport stops in front of the hotel and important sights are within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and has even changed a booking error from me for free! The only thing is perhaps that the choice of international dishes at the breakfast buffet remains manageable. A bit surprising for an international hotel. For many, however, this is probably also a positive point. Can not say anything negative about the hotel and can only recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed does not begin to describe our experience at this sorry excuse for a hotel. Stayed Nov 13-20 2017. Our problems with this hotel began AFTER we came back to Canada. Exactly one month later our credit card bill arrives and to our dismay we find we were charged an extra $500. We contacted the hotel and was shocked when they told us we had broken their TV. We never touched the TV and certainly did not break it. We attempted to explain to Kim Jae Seon (Room division director) that it was unacceptable that they did not contact us right away. They claimed they sent an email of which we have zero record. Best Western Premier Hotel Kukdo should have notified us upon check out if they were to place blame as we would be able to properly defend our selves in person. Now one month later and miles away they send us a mysterious picture of a cracked TV screen expecting us to pay. Anything could have happened from the time we left the room. Their own house keeping staff could have broken it. Instead they choose to secretly charge our credit card without having the decency to inform us in person. Thankfully our credit card company is on it. Absolute garbage hotel.

Great location, rooms are reasonably proportioned and the service was excellent.

Quiet, center. For its price is perfect. The descent into the subway one hundred meters to the left.

Nice hotel to stay with location very close to train station. It has airport bus station just at the front door, very convenient to go to airport.

This is a city hotel. It is very near to Dong Dae Mun than Myeong Dong. About 15 minutes walk to Don Dae Mun. The hotel has a convenient store located at its lobby. Guessed this is like a norm in almost all hotel and residences around this area. You can easily purchase anything. You can also get or order the Korean Fried/BBQ chicken from thanks store. The hotel room is very clean. It has an intelligent toilet. Especially good for ladies as they would enjoy the water jet washing. The toilet seat is heated during winter. The hotel restaurant is located on the second lecel. The morning breakfast is good consisting of a wonderful selection of international cuisine and Korean cuisine. The hotel staff are very friendly and patience. I had a wonderful experience staying here.

Fairly priced, very clean, accommodating staff, conveniently located near subway lines 2, 3, and 5.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Gym is small and ill equipped. Location is decent. Near the metro and walking distance to small local eateries and cafes. Staff were pleasant and helpful and were able to give directions in English.

スカイパークⅠ, ゴールデンチューリップに続き今回はホテル国都に宿泊しました。 立地としては今までで一番ミョンドンから遠いところになりました。 とは言え、無料シャトルバスでミョンドンまで送ってくれたり、丁寧な日本語での説明をしてくれたりとスタッフさんの対応は今までで一番丁寧で嬉しかったです。 お部屋はとても広く綺麗でバスタブもあり気持ちよく過ごせたので立地条件は相殺されました。 駅まで徒歩2分程度ととても近いのも魅力的です。

Truly a 5 STAR Hotel! Staff extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel wanted. Thank you Best Western Kukdo, will stay here forn sure next time.

Deserves between 3 — 4 stars. Breakfast is ok. Food in the reataurant is tastly. Rooms are nice, didnt like the bathroom tough. The shop at the hotels entrence is convenient. Overall would stay here again if I do ever come back.

Friendly staff, convenience for transportation, free shuttle bus, 24 hours convenience store on ground level, free fast Wi-Fi, and a Pokestop.

Funkcii its own: Hotel and hotel. The network is known. The area is not Takoj and strojmagazinovyj. Metro. Shuttle from/to both Ajeporortov at the entrance (KRW 15 000 from Incheon and 7 000 in Gimpo). Room service is insanely expensive. Toilet washes and dries w * * U. (washed, dried and again Pachkal: liked the process. ) for the night Prekrasnoe place. Given the positive transport realities of Seoul, the place is quite decent. 24-hour shop downstairs. I mean, beer, whiskey, snacks. (in Korea It's OK to go to the hotel with your meal. ) Went down in slippers on the elevator, took two steps to the left, bought a drink-a snack (just drink, if you want! ) and welcome to the elevator back to the room.

Silent, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Nothing luxurious, but everything works as expected.

Although not exactly centrally located, this hotel is close to the subway and there is a shuttle bus. The Airport Limousine bus stops at the hotel. There is a coffee bar, street food shops, vending machines and a 7/11 supermarket nearby. Reception is good. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean with free tea and coffee as well as the usual shampoo but toothbrushes and toothpaste is not free. Breakfast is good with Western style bacon and eggs, fruit as well as Korean style food. The bar/restaurant is good but pricey. Restaurant service can be slow but cheerful. Highly recommended!

Clean modern rooms. Bed firm but comfortable. Quiet area and great location. Short walk to everything.

Located in the nitty gritty area of Seoul but within metres of the subway. If you're not on a budget, try somewhere closer to Gwanghwamun or Myeongdong.

This hotel is located in two metro stations, only two or three minutes on a recent walk. No more than 20 minutes walk to the East Gate, walked around quickly. From the Canton reservoir is close to the market, went over about 5-6 minutes. Room size was relatively large, furniture maintenance good health is okay and still feel quite comfortable. Downstairs there is a convenience store, seems to be open 24 hours. In brief is a great hotel, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel :) 3-4min walk to the subway station. I was upset at first due to the high price of coffee at hotel cafe… But, I found a small cafe next to the hotel, named 'Caffe de Artium'. Coffee was tasty and I really liked their Crossaint sandwich :) I really recommend you to visit this place during your stay at this hotel. Haha After all it was a pleasant stay ;)

Happy with the stay room is too good to be true.

Very clean and convenient. 3 mins walk to subway station and short taxi ride to city central. Room size is big compare to other same price range hotels.
