From the moment we walked into the lounge, Carol-Ann and I were smitten. The pictures do not do this wonderful B&B ANY justice. The lengths that Karen & Gert go to, to making you feel at home and as if you are friends that you hadn't seen in a very long, is nothing short of remarkable. The design, layout and furnishings are well thought out so that it feels lived in yet classy. I have decided to return as often as I can since the Wilderness just happens to be my favourite destination. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
What a wonderful B&B in a fantastic location. The hosts Karen and Gerrit have put so many lovely touches throughout the property from the overall decor to the very comfortable rooms. Our room had a balcony and I was able to sit out in the sunshine watching the many birds fly up and down the river. There were plenty of other places to relax too, a roof top terrace and the patio by the pool. Breakfast was great and advice on things to do was very useful. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return next time we visit The Wilderness.
