Clean, luxurious but comfortable space. Beautiful sunrise over-looking a stunning view from the patio which has a pool. Back gate opens to Newlands forest with mountain walks. Yummy breakfast and all around safe space. Ask the staff for interesting things to do. Kirstenbosch Gardens walking distance from the guest house.

I was very happy with our stay at the Panorama Guest House. Our host, Evan, was very hospitable and accommodating, Internet was reliable and I really liked the view.

Thee best place to stay! Great hospitality, an amazing view and above all els, a beautiful venue to reside at for a couple of days! I will recommend Panorama to anyone looking for an exquisite guest house to stay at!

By far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, this would apply here. From my first interaction with the host (Quentin) I was spoken to like a dog. He is authoritative and belligerent in tone over the phone, and even worse in person. He quoted me a self-catering room and breakfast for three days. On arrival he first showed me to the wrong room. When I was eventually shown to the right place he didn't explain anything about breakfast times or how and where I should come and go. The next morning he conveniently forgot that he was meant to serve me a breakfast. When I called to remind him, there was first no answer. After finally getting hold of him I had to endure a barrage of swearwords over the phone. On top of all of this, he continuously nagged me to pay the final 50% of the fee (at the time my understanding was that this is payed upon moving out). At breakfast after the first of three nights staying there, the first thing he barked at me was "did you pay that money" (I was at LEAST expecting a "good morning"). When I told him that I hadn't yet, he started shouting, swearing and insulting me. He then told me that if I don't pay immediately I can "find another B+B! ". I remained calm and told him what I thought of the way I was treated and my initial understanding of the situation. Like a child, he continued to mutter to himself in the kitchen. I told him to leave the breakfast and that I would be moving out immediately.

Very friendly, great view and pool, super comfy bed. Kitchen not the greatest, unfortunately you have to park on the road.

Thanks for the upgrade, beautiful location and view, much appreciated. Housekeeping not up to expectations. Bed obviously hasn't been moved in ages as large amounts of dust. Single chairs very dirty. Dishes just rinsed and not put away. Just didn't feel clean inside.

Easy check in and out. Comfortable and picturesque!

It is a quite place. To be here you are already on table mountain. You put cape town city under your feet. The name itself talk. Hans and Regine wow! Charming and helpful.
2017 I will be exhibiting at WTM Africa here will be ma home again.

One of the best guest house experiences I have ever had! (and I've stayed at many guest houses all over the world…). Still dreaming about the breakfast :)
