Well worth the stay, warm helpful staff. Pristine rooms, amazing bathroom. Excellent Restaurant, all reasonably priced.

Great stay and nice staff at the front desk. The room is decent-sized. The bed is comfy. The toiletries are fantastic argan oil based products. The location is perfect.

We love this hotel. It is clean, well maintained, right next to the historical and restaurant area, within walking distance of the bus station and the staff is genial. They also have a great breakfast included in the room rate. We simply could not ask for more. Thanks.

The hotel has a very good location in the old center of Bratislava. From there in 3 hours, you can go around all the remarkable places, and eating out area's, of course if you do not enter them. They give you also 20 % discount of thear own restaurant.

The hotel is modern and is in a great location. Unfortunately during our stay, the AC stopped working and we were unable to get help until the morning.

If you arrive here and have reserved a parking space, you will surely be surprised how to get there. There is a gate, like everywhere, but then you stand in a small room that turns out to be an elevator. You then drive to the basement, where there are 6 (some small) parking places. Very creative possibility to solve the parking problems:)
The hotel itself is appealing, clean and kind of elegant. It is located right in the centre in a very quiet side street.
The staff at the restaurant, where also the fine breakfast is served, is competent and friendly.
The rooms have comfortable beds and are comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, as so often, the magnifying mirror for eyeglass wearers is missing! Unfortunately I have to say a big minus to the receptionist, you are out of place with regard to city info. Unfortunately she could not answer me a single question about the festival… She didn't even know that one was happening. Your apology: "I do not come from Bratislava"… You should definitely change that.
In general, the hotel can be recommended in any case.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, reasonable rates and in the heart of Bratislava. The wellness facilities are nice with sauna and whirlpool and breakfast was great!

All in all good. But breakfast was poor. And service also is poor.

Four stars for the kind desk staff and the chef, but the hotel restaurant staff was very rude when we wanted to eat at 21:00… he was reluctant to seat us and actually sarcastic when we asked for two bills as business travelers. The bar closed at 10, but mini bar was ok. Thermostat didn't work. The food was good and the location nice.

Very nice hotel, clean and big room, nice bathroom and very quiet but right on the river and in the core of the city. I really suggest it. The breakfast is super with salted and sweet food.

Location could not be better, in the city center and the quality is very good for a 4 star hotel. Specially the bed and shower, which for me is the most important. Everything is quite new, very clean and staff very kind. Recommended.

I loved every moment we spent there :) It's position is right in the middle of the town, it was easy to reach everything: museums, attractions and shops. The rooms were big, and comfortable and the staff was really friendly. I can recommend it to everyone.
