Excellent price-performance ratio, nice view and nice staff. Not a good location.

Good for 3 but not 4! Quiet environment but far from the center. Slow and painful ascent. There is little room on the street to provide extra parking. Poorly soundproofed and very noisy from 7.30am by customers and service. The single room is quite small. The SdeB and the cramped shower. The little TV doesn't work (or you have to take an internship. Breakfast is really minimal, quality too. The service doesn't follow. The restaurant is on the same level. Of course, there is a swimming pool missing. The SPA seems correct. The outfit of the whole is clean.

Lovely, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, good facilities, central location, friendly staff… completely satisfied! Keep it up!

Great location, out of the centre on a hill surrounded by exclusive villas of the new rich from Slovakia. Nice building, but missing lift you have to climb up to third floor which could be difficult, for some even impossible. Good breakfast but too short choice of food & very poor choice of sweets. Great Wi-Fi. Kind staff multi language speaking. Parking available both in & out of the structure.

The hotel is a little dated and the 4 stars honestly seem a bit too many… The room in the standard, non-stellar breakfast especially salty and some mini brioches, the spa is to be paid more and must be booked in advance. The staff is nice. The internal garage costs 12 Euro per day but if you find place outside and it does not snow a lot is free, in the part where I was there is no lift and then up to the second floor with luggage. The location is quite unhappy because it is a kilometer from the center and on a hillock so not really comfortable.

Convenient to the center of Bratislava… clean… perfect and comfortable room and bathroom… great breakfast and staff at the reception kind and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and it was cold. The stuff were unkind, the chef wanted me to pay for a dinner even though I only had coffee. He didn’t speak English. There wasn’t enough space for all guests during breakfast and some of them ate standing… The coffee was great.

-Parking at 12€ extra cost not advertized and they refused to let us park in the yard even though there was plenty of space… -The room was cold and could not adjust. -Sauna and Jacuzzi not available… -poor insulation (could hear laudly neighbours talking normally in the next room) + cleanliness ok +good breakfast.

Lovely peaceful getaway and just a 15 minute walk from the centre.

I felt great in this hotel, staff was very welcoming and experienced in their work; Very quiet and close to the center. I can recommend anyone this place.

It was clean, staff were helpful and English speaking which always helps. Breakfast was continental and plentiful. Enjoyed our stay, Bratislava is a beautiful place.
