Simpson Bay Suites

Great location. Supermarket and restaurants walking distance.
Not far from the airport.
Good mattresses. Convenient balcony, partial sea view, sunset colors. You can see the planes taking off.
Easy parking. Nice staff. Not recent but large room.
Cleanliness ok except would have need more vacum time.
Not much amenities.
Large kitchen.
It is really a suite.
Quiet despite not far from the main road.

Spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Very pleasant management.

We stayed here for 1 night when our return flight to Toronto was cancelled. The resort we had stayed at was going to cost us 3 times the price of Simpson Suites to stay an extra night and we didnt know if the airline would be reimbursing us for accommodations (spoiler alert — they didn't. )
Check-in was quick and everything was simple and clear (a godsend after 7 hours battling Westjet. ) The suite we booked was massive, bigger than any apartment I'd ever had and any suite I'd ever stayed at. The furnishings and kitchen were all dated, but everything was perfectly clean and functional. The people we dealt with at check-in and checkout were very helpful and the location was incredible. We really needed a safe, clean, no-drama place for the night and felt very fortunate to book here.

We stayed for one night. Clean but otherwise “basic”. Unfortunately no warm water in the shower.

The absolute perfect location on the island. Covered parking on site. Rooms are massive with full kitchen and balcony. We stayed here due to our regular place being full. Will definitely stay here again. Love the cat.

May will be my 5th time staying at your resort. I was impressed from day one. The staff is remarkable and extremely friendly. My husband, sister, brother in law and I have formed a relationship with Laura one of the servers at the pool bar. Laura is absolutely amazing, friendly and the sweetest person ever. We are extremely happy that we found a resort that treats us like family. See you in 8 weeks.

View is amazing! Staff is so friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants onsite with great food. You walk to other restaurants or shops. Accommodations are very comfortable and clean!

1st) Rooms are ok they need some updates.
2nd) Wifi is not good never works.
3rd) its in a nice location and is close to everything I was there with my family and my kids were very upset that the Wi-Fi was out I complained about it and up to the day that we were checking out there was no Wi-Fi.
4th & Last) If your looking for and average experience you can stay here.

Fabulous place to stay. I extended my stay 2x because it's so hard to leave. Suites are spacious. Spent about a week in 2 bedroom suit and few extra days in 1 bedroom. 2 bedroomsl suit has 2 bathrooms and agian plenty of room. Living room has 2 pull down Murphy beds which my friends used and said were decent… felt no I 'bar' and said extremely firm. Pool was wonderdul and not super crowded. It's a large community and I was in Villa's section. On-site restaurant Juliettes had a wonderful breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful l. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very dated and had some grime here and there in the bathroom… But it's also otherwise clean, spacious and well located. It's ok if you set your standards accordingly but yeah I can't give more than two stars.

It was perfect, the good quality!

We just returned home after spending 10 nights at Simpson Bay Villas, we had a wonderful time, our villas was very well appointed with a full kitchen, living room, king size bedroom and best of all a huge balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful, we look forward to returning soon.

We stopped here as an easy layover between flights from SXM. The rooms are big with a kitchen. They are older and need some updates, but are a good option for families that need more space and don't require a luxury place.

This is an older property that is not fancy. That being said, it is clean, the suites are large and the staff go above and beyond to assist guests. The location is excellent and the balconies are a nice touch. Stayed here for one night as it was close to the marina. Will stay here again next Heineken Regatta. A friend had to quarantine here and I hear the family that runs it actually went out to get her groceries etc to make sure she was comfortable during her stay. Our other friend quarantined across the street at the Commodore which doubled his nightly rate when he tested positive and added a $300 cleaning charge to his bill — hugely different experience! While it doesn't have a pool, it is right across the street from the beach so you don't need a pool. Sit in the Buccaneer Beach Bar area (yellow umbrellas) — no charge if you order lunch and/or drinks. Drinks are reasonably priced ($3 Heineken is fair for beach seating). The staff here printed off my covid test results for me, called me a cab, stored my luggage without a charge — really what more can you ask for service wise from a small family run hotel. Definitely good value for money!
