Perfect location, in close proximity to beach, supermarket, restaurants, other hotels and easy access to public transport. Bakers Suites is a charming boutique hotel that felt right at home. The rooms were very spacious, clean and fully equipped with a kitchenette and everything you would need. The hotel is of great value for the price paid. No complaints. The place was kept clean by two lovely ladies whom it was a pleasure to meet: Charlene and Joyce. The noise level was ok. The service at this hotel is on point, hats off to La Toya, she is a gem and great asset to this hotel. I like that there is a lift to take you up if you are not fond of stairs or have mobility issues. Breakfast can be arranged by the hotel as well as transport, tours etc. They were always willing to help. I would recommend to anyone who wants a hotel in st. Maarten to book Bakers Suites asap.

Lovely stay, amazing views, and beautiful rooms—but what truly made this place special were Joyce and Christina. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. They made me feel as though I had a home away from home, and that means more to me than I can express.
Because I work on boats and spend much of my life traveling, finding a place that feels welcoming and comfortable while I’m on land is incredibly important. Joyce and Christina created exactly that experience, and it’s something I will always remember.

My name is Marie, I have been to Baker’s Suites for two weeks. The room is very nice and cleaned. I got service daily. I walked 3 minutes to take public transportation to go to Marigot and the Dutch side. The beach is near by. Christina and Shanay are very charismatic. It was a pleasure to meet both of them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The most important thing in the room I have a kitchen to cook. It is very relaxing and quiet place for vacation. I truly enjoyed my stay at Baker Suites. The location was perfect — close to stores, restaurants, and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Everything was very convenient.
The staff was amazing, friendly, and always helpful. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
I loved the overall experience and would definitely stay here again. My room is beautiful roomie perfect I even had Rose petal flowers with a towel design as a heart and a little note that made me so happy after a long day of traveling just to go in a clean, beautiful spacious room that had stove sink refrigerator. Everything clean nice toiletries air-conditioned was nice and cool. My view was nice. I love this hotel. I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend Baker Suites for anyone visiting Sint Maarten. What can I say about this Amazing place. Baker’s Suites is your home away from home, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine care. Latoya said hello and began to speak and we knew this was the right choice. She began to tell us about the area local places to eat (which had delicious food by the way) and showed us to our relaxing room and Stunning views. Cleanliness and comfort is what you will receive. We were so blessed to meet Christena her warmth and kindness shined through. Let’s not forget meeting the wonderful owner Anastacio we can totally understand why Baker’s Suites and his entire staff including Shanay, Latoya, Christena, Alexis are the personification of hospitality and joy.
It is a little part of heaven on earth across the street is the beach and many eateries, such as Buccaneers and Greenhouse. Shoutout to our server Gina from Buccaneers (thank you for your recommendations). If you ever need a ride from the airport and around the island Liz is perfect one for the job. She is prompt, personable, and she can recommend places to go and eat as well. She was so generous when she shared her soursop with us. Thank you, Liz.
Baker’s Suites is a 10 out of 10. I will always recommend them. It’s an entire Vibe. Good vibes, good energy.
They are located on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. Go, explore, and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

Checking out now after a 4 night stay. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and Joycelyn did a great job keeping our room perfectly clean. The room had everything we needed for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold for sleeping. Parking on the hill is tricky but there are enough spots for everyone. The location is also great with everything you might need within walking distance if you don’t plan on renting a car.

My husband and I recently stayed at Bakers Suites Hotel. The room itself was nice and spacious, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras: a full kitchen with stove, microwave, pots, and pans, plus a balcony. Great value hotel. That made the stay comfortable and convenient.
On the staff side, a couple of people truly stood out. Latoya left us a lovely handwritten welcome note and was always pleasant, answering all our questions with patience and warmth. Christina from housekeeping was also fantastic, friendly, easy to talk to, and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us a heads-up about a water issue before it happened, so we could plan accordingly. That kind of proactive care meant a lot.
The management and front desk experience was a bit more mixed. While nothing terrible happened, we got the sense that a couple of team members weren't as naturally warm or accommodating as we might have hoped. For example, when we asked for a 30-minute checkout grace, it wasn't granted but ironically we did end up getting that extra time due to the water issue Christina had warned us about. Small silver lining.
Also worth mentioning the bed and pillows weren't quite to our liking a bit less comfortable than we'd hoped. But the overall space and amenities helped make up for it.
All in all, a decent stay with a few wonderful people (thank you Latoya and Christina! ) who made it better.

My stay at Baker’s Suites Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience exceptional everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Jocelyn, Alexia, and Latoya, who were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The amenities were extremely clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts about this hotel is its location, it’s in close proximity to popular spots and within walking distance to local buses, making it easy to explore the island without hassle. Any review that mentions the hotel being noisy is simply dramatic and lying, the surrounding is very quiet. Although the hotel is close proximity to popular spots, it is not that close for you to hear the noise.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Baker’s Suites to anyone visiting Sint Maarten, and I will definitely be returning!

We had a super weeks stay at Bakers Suites, excellent location, plenty of restaurants & bars within easy walking & although they do not have a pool, it is literally a 1 minute walk to a nice beach where sunbeds are free if you have lunch. Rooms are spacious with cooking facilities, Wi-Fi good, TV channel choice good … the team here are very friendly & helpful with thanks going out to Christina, Jocelyn, Letoya & Alexia. My only recommendation would be if they could provide shower facilities for those with late flights as we had to check out at 11am but were not flying until much later. Totally enjoyed our stay!

I think this must be our third time staying at Baker’s Suites right on Simpsons bay.
The location here is in my opinion the best on the island by far. It’s beautiful, about 10 steps to the beach and the famous Buccaneer Beach Bar (also one of my favourites on the Island! ). The rooms are spacious, clean and get an over-sized bed (King) to make our stay that much more comfortable. A nice kitchenette and great balconies too. The staff are the best in the business and would like to give a big shout out to Latoya and her front desk colleagues who are amazing, making booking the hotel a seamless experience and our general stay a 10/10! Very affordable rates too. Highly recommend Bakers Suites to all.

Latoya made our stay at Bakers Suite a 10/10, best women ever! I would go back just for her! Rooms were also wonderful, location is 30 seconds from the beach and the shops/restaurants and they did some nice added touches in the rooms too. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed one night at Baker's Suites while on Sint Maarten. The room was exceptionally good and everything we need was provided. The kingsize bed was nice, since we were sleeping on a tiny bed the rest of our holiday. Everything clean. And have to mention how nice the staff was. Allround a wonderfull stay.

Location is superb as far as being located close to the airport and around a bunch of restaurants and bars, and as well, the beach. The rooms are clean and updated, and you even have a kitchen. It was great value in our opinion for what the cost was, I will say that there is some noise from the nearby traffic, but that can easily be offset by a sound machine or something on your phone like we did. The service was awesome, and the staff, including Latoya and Alexia, and our housekeeper were super friendly and helpful, and also funny!

To Bakers Suite management and staff we thank you. It was a pleasure over nighting there, and of course we have to mention Ms Latoya (front desk clerk), you're such a darling, very pleasant and professional.
