The receptionist at the counter is very very rude. I was there on 30th of March around 7 to 8pm, this guy I think his name is edmond was in the counter. He shouted at me for my mistake which I did without knowing, he could have politely corrected me, instead he shouted like a gangster, and the women with him joined too, he even told me to report about this to anywhere he wants, and he doesn't care. I was mentally disturbed by them.

Clean rooms no safe value for less bucks.

It's a decent hotel considering the price. One of the more budget hotel from the entire Hotel 81 group in Singapore. Room is cleaned everyday, basic toiletries are provided, and complimentary bottled water is replenished everyday.

Clean and good value for money. Truly a professional budget hotel.

Really good price for room standard Bedding is good One down side, people are extremely noisy from morning till night. Always à Chinese or an Indian speaking out loud in the echoing corridor which makes me mad. Problem solve calling reception. I suggest they should have a sign with a sign for silence and fine if complain or something like that. Very good location. The other annoying thing is you can’t open the window so the ventilation of the room isn’t great. But… Nice staff at the reception.

I like the place. Staffs are friendly and you can easily approach theme and will help you if you need something guide you if you don't know where to go.

It's a nice (small) hotel in a red light district. I stayed for 3 nights and there were no big problems. 1. Receptionist were very nice! They allowed us to get an early check-in with no charge at all (we arrived at 1PM). They speak English nicely. 2. Rooms are small (this is real). There are in-room bathroom, some welcome drinks, hairdryer, telephone, and hangers. 3. TV was okay but the remote was like in the picture lol 4. We actually requested a non-smoking rooms and we got it. We didn't smell any smoke in room even though we smelled the smoke in the hallway. 5. I actually put the "please tidy room sign" on the door, but one of the rooms were not get the service : (the next day I didn't put it but the room got tidy lol 6. Hotel is in red light district. I can feel the different and see some prostitutes (? ) & adult shop lol Thank you!

Too costly and small. Chinese hotels nearby are spacious and cost effective.

Decent and clean surrounding. Nothing really fancy. But has rooms as low as $60 a night. So its rather affordable.

Small rooms, not very clean and smelly, sometimes noisy as its in the red light district. However its near to public transport and affordable. U can even rent a bike to get to the attractions.

The hotel Services is good. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel nearby alot of good food…

It's neither great nor bad. Congested tiny room. I don't like the bathroom, no space between shower, toilet, and sink. Just let you know, If you try to avoid this hotel because of red light area, then don't worry about it. Since all red light district activities are inside designated buildings, You do not feel anything like that, it's just a regular place. Nothing inappropriate.

I have stayed in this hotel in September 2017. If your are with friends, don't miss chance to stay here.

Nice play to stay. A lot of foreigners chose this affordable hotel. Lot of eateries nearby along with very famous restaurants which serve sea food as well as all kinds of beverages. The place Geylang is a secret place in Singapore which is a word of caution for first time travellers.

Rates are value for money. Rooms are clean and tidy.

We booked this hotel online and thought that we have done one of the best deal for our stay. But things were completely opposite after checking-in the hotel. The room was very small, even the washrooms were having the space only for standing up straight. Somehow we managed in the space provided. But the worst part was Staff behavior. At night approx 10.30pm, we asked them for water bottle and extra bedding at reception. Its been approx 35 mins, then we called again. The guy recieved the call and said "I already said you, YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR IT", although it was around 11.15 pm night. After waiting for next 15 mins, we went directly to the reception and the reception guy was just said the same thing again "you have to wait for 45 mins", IN completely RUDE MANNER. And Finally we received the requested things after 12 am midnight. It was a disappointing stay with them.

Low cost and large place avilable.

It's hard to find another decent hotel at 60$ during weekends. Similar hotel will cost 100$ at city center. Any cheaper it will be a bunk / capsule hotel. For its price it is okay. Small windowless rooms, aircon cold, clean enough, and corridors can sometimes be noisy. Close to city and 10 mins walk to Aljunied MRT. Don't expect anymore.

Budget hotel. Strong Wi-Fi connection. Accesible to local transportation.

It's small, very old. Some reception doesn't have service mind. Don't recommend for people who can't speak English or Chinese to stay here and it's far from MRT (600 m. ) but there are many restaurants.

I love this place here a group of beautiful young Thailand girls.

This hotel does hourly rate. So. But it's cheap and clean. I'm actually really impressed with how good the interior is. It's got the modern Japanese house look. You see ladies in action right outside the hotel. The most infamous red light district. Hawker food all along Geylang street. All pretty good. Busea in front take you straight to cbd. I love staying here I don't see why not.

A standart hotel with normal rooms which can help you save money, but it is located so far from center of Singapore, so you should ready-to-go walking to the nearest bus/skytrain. From my side, it is good and not expensive.
