Location excellent as eateries and shoppers malls within walking distance. The kids love the swimming pool and spent hours there daily. The 2 bedroom apartment great for couple and two kids or adults. Living room large enough to entertain 10-12 adults.

It’s a beautiful resort in a prime location and all the staff are lovely.

We had the best time ever in Singapore-Staying at Treetops helped make this so —
Great housekeeping/keeping us supplied with water, great selection of breakfasts, lovely pool area, courtesy shuttle bus … the list goes on.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay. Reception was welcoming, the rooms were spacious and the gym, swimming pool which was an added bonus was kept clean everyday. Housekeeping was perfect, towels changed everyday and the beds tidies up daily. Breakfast was enjoyable though it gets busy at times and having to wait for a table. The location itself is excellent, near to Orchard (easy access for MTR, shopping malls, hawker centres, restaurants etc) Highly recommended for families.

Treetops is a very relaxing spot and is also very conveniently located. My room is a decent size (not huge) and the general amenities are pretty nice as well.

The building is in the middle of the busy orchard street, but with such a lush greenery you'd forget that information. Swimming pool is inviting, although a little small. The gym is also equipped with your standard fare, weights and machines, but do not expect more than that. Staff are friendly and helpful!

A beautiful place. Located in the heart of the city in a peaceful healthy environment. They give luxurious guest rooms and suites. Explore local attractions with ease from the well-placed hotel. Walk to the the nearby legendary places with pleasure. Savor Chinese, Italian and international cuisine in our variety of restaurants. Kid friendly.

The double bedroom with family-room and dining-room, also adjacent to private kitchen was very very satisfying. Staffs were helpful and polite, breakfast was just enough for us. Large and beautiful swimming pool with the small fountain and it sound so relaxing while staying there. (Our room located not far from the pool). The location just a few minute walking to any Mall in Orchard road and Botanical Garden, also not far from the Gleneagles Hospital. The place supported with green environment means a lot for us. Thanks to Cold Storage (local minimarket) which is near, really helps should you want to cook.

What a pleasure! Stayed here for the 2017 Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix and it was Awesome! rooms are so spacious and clean and the grounds and pool are in 5 star condition. It can be a little pricey bit its definitely worth it! breakfast is also very nice aswell as the staff.

Great location. Dated rooms. I liked the colonial architecture. Very big pool. And the best thing is their green approach but they can go greener if they reduce their paper based marketing efforts.

All services very good. However breakfast area and arrangement needs to be expanded and fruits need to be replenished quicker. Getting a place to sit at the breakfast room is a battle.

Great place to stay, one of the better serviced apartments in the area that I have stayed in. Staff were friendly and catered to our needs promptly and professionally. We booked the 2 bedroom super deluxe for a week and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the living area was. Rooms were neat, modern and very well kept. Location is great as it is only 10 minutes walk to Orchard MRT station, Ion Orchard shopping mall and other amenities. Otherwise a great stay and accommodation I would return to again in future. Pool is fantastic too!

Treetops is our favorite place to Stay in Singapore! My family and I stayed there for 3 months prior to the arrival of my third child and we've stayed there several times for shorter visits since. The grounds and pool are breathtaking. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished and well decorated. The overall facilities are grand and elegant. My kids and I loved every minute of our time at Treetops. The staff was so helpful and kind that my kids didn't want to leave and have asked repeatedly to go back. It's conveniently located off of Orchard Road, near great malls, plenty of restaurants and the Botanic Gardens. We loved it, would recommend it to anyone and look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I stayed with our 19 yr old grandson at Treetops for 8 nights. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us, plus two separate en-suites was ideal. The apartment was spotless and serviced every day. The breakfast room is light and airy and there is an excellent variety of food on offer. The pool complex is gorgeous and the surrounding grounds are lovely. The staff are very helpful and polite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Treetops again and can fully recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Singapore. Orchard Road is only a 2 minute walk away. We will be sad to leave.

Let it be known that I didn't stay at Treetops. That being said, I wish I had. The lobby gave me my first impression that this residence had a different perspective than most. Incorporated in the flow of the lobby seating areas gave way to the garden and pool area, lit in such a way that at night it seemed a world apart. I then proceeded up to my friend's room and found the hallway followed me with soothing music. Almost leading me to my destination. The rooms are nice and well appointed. A full hob and convection make meal preparation easy and the living room has ample windows to let in the light of day or the energy and bustle of night.

Price: great compared to top hotels, with kitchen Swimming pool and gym. Next to Orchard Road for sightseeing. Friendly cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates tourists & families.

The residencies concept is a hybrid form of hospitality. Simplistic yet sufficient for today's traveler. Service is friendly. Food was good. Location is perfect.

We have just returned to Perth after a week in Singapore, staying at Treetops. Wow! Thank you for making our first Singapore holiday a fantastic one. Rooms were terrific, grounds are just delightful (especially the pool area), staff are wonderful, breakfast fresh and full of variety and their hotel lobby is one of the best! Will definitely be back.
