Bed not so clean, got bedbugs but location is very convenient.

The place is hard to find and the front deck person, I feel he is very rude to me because I not sure what language to speak with him, because both of us is Chinese. The place around the area is good (like food and restaurants round, and good tourists spot for shop and nice view), that only few room, and inside is a bit compact and only one bathroom, and other only one room for business. When full with guests, we have to wait for each other.

Great Host! David _ the host is like a friend to me. Cleanness and convenient location.

Wifi was out of service at that time Bad sheet was not replaced after previous guess was check out But bathroom was clean.

The location is great. At the heart of chinatown. The bed was good. I cam sleep well. But sometimes the bathroom smells so bad. But I thought it because of the people who don't clean their pee up thoroughly.

Place is good for budget travelers. Need more signs to know where the office is. Nice staff.

Good place if you want to save some more money in this superexpensive city. Very friendly staff. Talk to Mr. Andrew about photography. His father was one the most prominent photographers. The best seascape photographer.

This is an affordable backpackers hostel with clean and affordable accommodation and a friendly staff. Good for those who just want a clean and comfortable bed without the extra amenities of an actual hotel that backpackers don't really need. The hostel is very near the hawker center in Chinatown Complex and only a few minutes walk to the Chinatown MRT (NE4 — purple line) and the Outram MRT Interchange (EW16 — Green line / NE — purple line). You must know that these are dormitory type of rooms. Meaning you book a bed for each person, not a private room. During my stay, I was in a room with 4 other guests. I was very lucky my roommates were not the snoring types or those with smelly stuff. :-) Another thing is that guests share a common bathroom and toilet. So you have to wait for your turn and when there are plenty of guests, I suggest you wake up earlier than the rest and do what you badly need to do. :-D I highly recommend this Hostel to any true backpacker visiting Singapore.

I stayed at the hostel in Chinatown, Singapore with a few friends and we find this budget hostel really great, even for us as professional people who wish to avoid paying exhorbitant tariffs at some luxurious hotels in Singapore. Main point about this hostel is its excellent location and cleanliness.
