Comfortable and very accessible place, very warm and friendly staff, feels like home, love this place and will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay especially for long-term stay. Good location, very near to Chinatown, mrt station and orchard road. Shuttle bus service provided. Good Breakfast too. We would like to say a special Tq to Christina & Karen for their hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

Just left there this morning… stayed 8 nights for holiday… absolutely loved the place, staff friendly and helpful, room clean, great facilities and location… we will def be back here to stay.

Great location for long term stay. Close to eateries and bars, stone's throw from supermarket. Sits just outside of CBD area, doesn't take too long to get to work.

My only complain is I could not see world cup as channel subscription is needed Staff is great. Property is great. Service is excellent. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is not bad. Can be better.

It is truely amazing experience to stay here and spend time about a week! They got great facilities, amenities, customer service, housekeeping, shuttle transportation to main spots, and everything. The location is more than perfect since the area is quiet, close to beautiful riverside, close to mrt station, and huge cold storage. I could make so good memories so I would definitely visit again :)

Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice ambience. Good facilities such as a pool and playground for kids. Breakfast buffet selection not much but food is tasty. Will return one day!

Room are clean and we'll maintained. It's designed for long term stays so it's not a traditional hotel. It's got a great location next to river and has nice selection of bars and restaurants adjacent to the hotel. It's within 10 minute walk of Clark Que which offers a large assortment of restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

Currently halfway through our stay here and absolutely loving it! You feel world's away from the bustle of singapore CBD but you're only steps away, the apartment and facilities are brilliant, our rooms are made up daily and always to an excellent standard and the staff are friendly and so discrete that you feel like you're at home… but better! Very clean and professional-looking serviced apartments. While certain features (e. G. Doors and sound-proofing) could be improved upon, I generally liked the stay there. The staff is also approachable and friendly.

My cousin and his family stayed here. They loved their family style room & location. Kids loved the swimming pool!

Nice hotel. Design in English style. There are all appliances in the apartment and even a toaster, except a dishwasher.

Many Singapore are running around in the morning and evening.
The average cost of a Grab App taxi to the rest places is 12-16sg $6 local car.
The cost of taxi ride to Sentosa 16-24 $ (6 people).
Average check in the restaurant for five from $150 to 300 $ SG with alcohol and cocktails.
You can eat in the local restaurants. Then the price of five drops three times. Up to 50-100 $ sg.
Usually such restaurants are filled and often queue at the entrance. Will be located inside the shopping center.
There is a possibility of shopping in countless number of shopping centers.
The average cost of entrance to the entertainment place per person is $30.

Install the Grab app and book a taxi at the best price in Singapore.
If you are five, the taxi ride is more profitable than a metro ride.

1. Room was not ready & charged us an extra night because we checked in early. We called and emailed prior and they said everything will be ready with no need of extra charges. 2. Cockroaches were found the day before we left. 3. Staff do not get back to you (they said they would contact us about our issues and never did, we spoke to them 3 times) … 4. When we booked it said 24hr pool. We get there it is 10pm but closes it at 9? 5. Kitchen only have 2 soft drinks available out of the 10 or so there. 6. Staff are rude and not professional 7. Ants at the breakfast table, room and elevators. 8. Very noisy when theres kids in the pool and at the local resturants. 9. Bathroom smelt of sewage every now and again. With mould in the shower. We have stayed their a few times and we will not be staying again as they have gone downhill. We also have photos as proof that will be emailed directly to management. Do not waste your money. They are money hungry and will charge for anything.

The staff were friendly and accommodation was good. Only problem was that the door to my room was faulty and troublesome to open with the room card.

The service was good. The Swimming pool was cold and coozy. The Gym and the pull up bar was amazing. The Toilet was clean and neat. The towels that were provided was absorbent. The Soap Was Good. The brush they provided was nice.

Rented a three bedroom apartment to sleep a family of 5. Fantastic room layout and size. The kids pool is good for young ones up to about 9 and the included breakfast is above average (not awesome but awesome for included buffet). Bit dated but otherwise really good.

Superb location and staff couldn't be more helpful. Great facilities with lovely outdoor pool and close to eateries. Only downside would be lack of lounge seating in 2bdrm apartment and the heat ppump units in the lounge and one of the bdrms dripped constantly on the furniture.

Had a great time here. Great breakfasts and service. Pool never full and just right for the children. Dwight Yorke was there as well. Seems a lot of celebs visit Singapore.

This is a place with a disastressed customer service. I gave this one star because it doesn't allow me to give zero. I booked online and even if I tried to cancel immediately I didn't get enough response it's sad. People save your money. It's a reap off. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice accessabillty, nice reception and cleaning up. However, location wise, all one bed room residents, faced to the square, cannot avoid noise all night from the restaurants and pubs at Square. Even a lot of noise during the day if you want to stay in the room. If you have light ears, please consider the noise factor. You would not be able to get asleep easily.

Rooms and service are first rate. Location is also good, as are nearby bars and restaurants. Shopping centre across the street.

Rooms were quite clean and the staff smily and ready to help.
However the breakfast was poor and if you are late some options are not there any more…
Two of the three treadmills in the gym were out of order so it was impossible to exercise as always the only one working was occupied.
The was a lot of noise during the day in case you wish to stay in the room.
In order to go to the gym or the pool you need to cross the hotel's restaurant area.

A good area to go for lunch or dinner. There is a lot of variety and a Mediterranean style.

Abundant choices of pubs and Japanese eateries in vicinity. Apartment style rooms.

Awesome apartments in a good location, walking distance to lots attractions and MRT. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good rooms with comfy beds, and nice breakfast included.

I have to constantly notify them that the internet is down or sluggish (takes 30-60 seconds to load a page and streaming video is impossible), if your regular housekeeper has a day off then you’ll get someone who doesn’t speak English and she won't clean thoroughly or bring you water, and each time you call the front desk with a question they will lie to you by making up answers. Example 1: Annoying construction in the building all day. I had a conference call at 4pm. At 2:45 I called front desk. The man said it will end in an hour. At 4pm it was still going. Put my colleagues on mute and called the front desk. This time I'm told it will end at 5pm and that she'll call me back if it doesn't end at 5pm. It's 5:05pm, construction still going. No call. Example 2: Housekeeping took a bag with receipts in it although it wasn’t garbage. I call and ask for it back. After explaining the situation three times to two different people, the front desk says I’m confused and that I’ve misplaced the bag because housekeeping didn’t take it. I persist, they find the bag, and return it to me crumbled into a ball (because housekeeping threw it away). Example 3: On one of my numerous calls to complain about the slow internet, the front desk says they’ll call me back. When they do, she asks, “Hello, may I speak to your husband or is he at work? ” “Are you kidding me? ”, I ask. I don’t have a husband. The lease is in my name.

I lived at Fraser for two years. It was a great experience. The staff were always friendly, became like extended family. It's close to everything, you can take a taxi from out front, or just walk. Things seem further than they really are once you take to foot. Decor is more or less typical of the area.

It was ok however food was lousy.

No respect for guests with UEFA Euro streaming at 3 in the morning. Very loud, didn't do anything to stop it.

Great location (little far from net though). Plenty of food and restraints within easy walking distance. We travelled with 2 toddlers, and 2 grandparents and stayed in 2 bedroom room. Plenty of room and great conditions. Swimming pools are small but fun. Breakfast is very skippable but it's buffet and close.

Wonderful place for stay in Singapore city, nice happening place, good apartment with all facilities, roof top pool and kids playing zone. Another thing is they have shuttle in city which is very helpful for tourist.

It's an awesome place in Singapore… Nice and big rooms with great hospitality and food… Located in one of the best clubs area of Singapore… I'll definitely love to go to this place again.

Situated near the waterfront of Singapore River these apartments are still close enough to walk to the central business district. About 164 fully-furnished luxury serviced apartments all designed with chic and contemporary interiors. Fraser Place Robertson Walk, suits both the traveller and business person looking for a relaxed stay. Positioned in trendy area there are lots al fresco dining, pubs, cafes and specialty shops within the vicinity of the building and along the river. One drawback can be the middle of the complex has many restaurants with big TV's. During sport events (like the soccer World Cup) patrons would get pretty loud right up to 5.30am. So if a big sporting event is on beware.

Staffs are friendly. However the room is old and not cleaned up well. Swimming pool is not big enough.
