We stayed 3 nights : good service, inside the room very clean and very safety and also good location, pretty sure we will come back again ☺️
I am staying here for 5 nights!
The front service was nice and okey.
The housekeeping is a horrible shit!
At day 2 they didn’t changed our towels!
On day 3 we found out they DON’T change the bedsheets! So my Husband called in and asked to send someone up to change the sheets. Day 4 we told them before we went out that we want room cleaning with changing towels and the bed sheets. We came back and they didn’t change the bed sheet again! Seriously it was the same fucking bed sheets! So my husband went down to the tell them to change the bed sheets! So the woman from the front desks came up handed my husband the bed sheets to let us change this by ourselves! Fucking serious! What horrible service is that in a fucking 4 stars hotel?! Even a 2 stars hotel has better service! We are really disappointed! And will never recommend this to anybody! This is the first and last time we stayed here!
