Easy to find place. Good for short stays for business trips. However if you are looking for luxury comfort then it might not be a good option.

Location is perfect for tourists to stay in. Variety of food, cheap stores selling almost anything surrounding the hotel. Rooms and toilets are quite small for a superior room but hotel staff always clean the rooms and change toiletries everyday. Good customer service. Reception staff were accomodating.

Nice shophouse converted hotel with over 40 rooms. Great location in Chinatown with street shopping and street food. Late checkin at 2 pm. Single room is too small and the bed is right in front of the toilet. It looks nice in the picture, but when you step inside the room, especially, the room at the corner is very stuffy with bad ventilation, stuffu smell and high moisture, for some reason. It looks like they do not clean the room well nor vacuum the carpet, quite dusty. The bathroom door is filled with dust. You can get allergic to the air inside even if you are healthy. I feel like the air quality is very bad although in general, I am quite tolerant. They can get rid of the bulky large wooden closet which seems to make the room feel even smaller. The AC is above the bed, so the air. Blows on you, but if you reduce the fan level to 'quiet', you feel like you cannot breath again. The wallpaper seems to be peeling off here and there, and the wall is not that clean. No breakfast here, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. No proper blanket, just a white sheet is given. Although the staffs are great, the room quality is low.

If you want to stay in Chinatown this is a very pleasant converted shop house. They don't have a restaurant but are surrounded by eating places of many types. We ate like locals at a mere S$6.00 a serving.

It was our second stay at the Inn. Despite a perfect location, this recent stay gave us not-so-good experiences. We had not been warned that there will be an event on Temple Street so we didn't request a change to other quieter room on higher floor or any rooms on the other side of the street. This street is usually not bustling and quite restful which made our previous stay so perfect. This time we couldn't sleep well because of the noisy sound outside and also annoying patter from the corridor through the nights. Cleanliness and room amenities were acceptable. Very pleasant staff. Room is small so, for your sake, please avoid big size luggage (over 20-inch). We may come back in other period of the year. And we truely ask you to warn (you should have warned us. ) the guests in case of any special events nearby the hotel.

Location great! price good. Nothing more. Ok for solo traveller. If you come with children, consider elsewhere (room small, not attend to details).

I won't come back. The first moment we walked into the room, we smell so bad, like the room has been locked up for ages. Small, windows facing other air conditioner with hot coming in if opened. My wife found long hair in the blanket! Air conditioner, no switch to fan only, no chairs no desk, no stand for luggage, etc. Anyway, good bye.

This is such a comfortable hotel to stay in that I've now been here twice. Only draw back is that it doesn't have a lift but it is only a two story building so it's not a huge deal — unless you can't do stairs at all. Great location in the heart of China town and close to the MRT.

Basic services. Good location.

Located in the heart of Chinatown if one loves old buildings, what more staying in one. Although externally it is old and colonial looking, it's interior is chick and modern. Service and wait staff are very attentive to ones needs.

Basic, clean accommodation. Multi-floor building without lift. Room had a bath though. Singapore accommodation, especially in Chinatown is not cheap and The Inn is no exception. Staff are friendly. Great position centrally in Chinatown.

Traditional hotel. Reasonable price. Not fancy but basic items are provided. Location is great. Near to the sub way and at the central of China town.

Excellent location, relatively inexpensive inexpensive as for Singapore, cosy, clean but mouldy and rooms are very small.

Overall the experience is good but I think it could be better if my room without window has a better ventilation system to do away the "mold smell"

Small hotel in China-town. Vintage style. Near: food-court, market with souvenirs, Induits Temple.

Great location, good service, a small but comf. Room. Just the humidity inside is a little bit higher.

Nice and clean hotel. Small rooms as in the rest of the city. Only negative is the absence of the lift and a few pet rooms.
