NEVER again! We booked a room for a night on 6th Ramadan. We waited for 2 hours to check in but at last only to be told that their system has crashed and they couldn’t check us in. After many arguments, we were given a key. To our shock when we opened the room, a family was already there. Apparently, they overbooked the hotel. We had to spend a night at haram because we had a flight to catch back home at 10am. They charged us for a room, but never gave us a room and still no refund! Pathetic service!

Le MERIDIEN is nice n clean they have a comfortable room's nice view n they have a good service.

It’s really nice and comfortable room bus services is also good and on time me and my family enjoying to stay here it’s wonderful experience.

Just checked in on 29 Dec night. Dirty kitchen basket full of rubbish. No tea even called thrice. No tissue in room. Only one TV operational.
Night Duty staff needs extra vigilance amid alertness.

As expected 5 stars experience well mannered staff.

Good hotel with 24 hours shuttle bus service to Haram and the bus drops you right behind the clock tower from where it's only 2 minutes walk in the tunnel to Masjid.
Rooms are of good size and clean.

Didn't expect this low quality from this chain. Rooms were filthy. Couldn't find anyone to help with questions. No one picked up from room service to order food. The list goes on.

Its a good place to stay at Makkah in very reasonable price. Breakfast is excellent, room service and other facilities are also good.

A pretty good hotel. But the restaurant is divided into several places, so sometimes a bit confused looking for another restaurant. During Ramadan, they replace breakfast by breaking the fast until 9 pm. The hotel is located a bit away from the Al-Haram. So we have to go by bus or taxi to the Al-Haram.

Every thing was great, Staff were so decent and helpful especially the tunisian guy at reception, neverthless the parking is terrible and not organised properly, The picking bus was not frequently available at the time, The experience was very good in overall. Iam recommending it.

The perfect hotel, with low price, the breakfast is super and rooms are clean and cosy, impossible to walk to Haram but shutter bus is available every 10 minutes.

Worth every penny and more. Huge room, with everything you need and more. Also, the workers came in everyday to clean your room and bring in any supplies you need. They give you free water everyday. Shuttle service will be at the hotel every 15-20 minutes to drop off and will pick you up. Cheapest hotel you can find and it literally is a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast which switches up daily for something new. I mean there is literally nothing bad about this place.

A surprisingly affordable and clean accommodation available a bit distant from Haram Al Makkah… but the best service provided here is a 24 hours shuttle service to Haram. With this facility it doesn't matter if you stay in Makkah towers or Le Meridian Towers…

This is my second time here, Its a nice and affordable hotel but a bit far from the mosque. There a bus though which solves the issue. It would be great if the hotel has more amenities or at least a smoking room for women.

Wow! It was an experience that lasts for ever, just a bit far away from haram but overall their shuttle service was excellent. So that covers the distance issue.

I am advising every person thinking to stay in this hotel to rethink again and find another one worth the money they paid for.
since the first day of our arrival problems never stopped we reserved a royal suite and a double matters suite. Survive was very bad and delayed it's often neglected. The most catastrophic event was the breakfast open buffet, it was tasteless literally I started to. No Wi-Fi in rooms. The duty manager couldn't help me to solve the problems at first. But when I told him that I will post on Facebook book and make a complaint to the main directorate he solved most of complains. At the end it's not a 5 stars hotel it worth just 3 stars.

Hotel is on very isolated location. Service and food quality is very substandard. Quite far away from Haram, even after drop and pickup point you have to walk 1.5 KM. Make sure not stay with old age people. Facilities wise Zero, no shopping mall and even you will find groceries shop.

Excellent value for money. The shuttle service to Haram is always convenient. However, more choices are recommended for breakfast.

An Excellent Hotel only problem is you need to walk considerably from Bus Drop Point to Haram.

A good and calm place, slightly away from Haram but amply compensated by shuttle service. House keeping staff standard is less than desired and needs further grooming and training.

Alhamdulillah, in all my trips to Haram the stay at Le Meriden will always be on top of the list. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good room. Nice breakfast. The shuttle service just won my heart. It was like staying right beside the Haram. Even the bus drivers were courteous. I did not need to wait more than a couple of minutes for the bus at anytime. Alhamdulillah. I will definitely recommend. In sha Allah will be staying there on my further visits too.

A very nice 5 star hotel with very cooperative staff. The only problem is it's distance from Haram which the hotel has tried to compensate by providing shuttle service with 2x buses. But 2 buses make to wait and stand for longer periods. If the no of buses are increased then the inhabitants can pray every prayer in the Haram. The restaurants are good. The housekeeping is good, quick and responsive.

No bad. I like the breakfast. And my room view. Looking at people walking to haram. Room clean. Except room light are dark.

Bad service, bad location, ignorant dealing broken pipe system no respond, glass door in bathroom fall down on my child only the manager respond, my father ask for water payed no response manager ask by himself for water no response, broken table in the hall of the room, dirty sofa bad choice for especially old age.

We stayed at the hotel in ramadaan 2015 when we did booking it showed error we were charged double and we have email telling them about this till today we did not recived refund. The service was very bad rooms did not get clean and no towels were sent the hotel is very dirty.

Nice away of city noises, Bus, staff, room, breakfast and lunch really good. Good for 1/2 days just Umra and back if u need to be at haram 24/7 it may not be a option for u.
