I ordered food and after an hour I called to check my order and the person forgot what I ordered. Room number 436. No slippers no iron no directory for numbers.

Pleasant staff, good food, nice rooms and very clean all staff very helpful.

I am very happy with an excellent service and a nice place.

Online system for ordering doesnt work. If you offer something it should work. Internet is not the quickest. Very disappointed.

Great location and facilities within the premises. Khobar corniche and other important landmarks like Centerpoint, Hyperpanda etc. Across the street. Friendly staff and very neat and spacious rooms.

I like the place and the staff hospitality. I was hoping to keep the garden as it was long time ago. It was a nice view for the gym and cafe. The hotel location is next to good shopping center and 5 minutes drive to the beach. By the way, you need an electrical adapter for your phone and laptop charger.

Not recommended from myside, staff need to be trained more as well as the suite furniture is not that clean, pool timing is not looked at in a proper manner along with food as well.

Standard hotel. Clean and tidy. Ok for business stays. Laundry service is really good. Staff are mostly friendly. Unfortunately, possibly the worst food and beverage management in any hotel I have ever stayed at. Buffet evening meals are constantly cancelled with no clients notification, with staff quoting "lack of clients " or "manager said no buffet " Added to this, we have stayed 6 weeks on business and the menu has never changed for breakfast or buffet dinner. Food is mediocre at best.

Very good and spacious banquet hall. Good big gatherings or meetings, seminars. Food was good specially sandwiches are very delicious.

Good hotel. Gym and spa timings are different for men and women, which is quite irritating. Breakfast is good. Mall right outside which has a hypermarket and a good food court. About 40 minutes drive from Dammam airport.

1. As elite member, Upgraded to Business room, but no breakfast 2. Room 201 noise. It’s found that the window can’t be closed tightly. So u will be exposed to the outside traffic directly. Called reception and I was changed to another room 210. It’s better because it’s not facing the traffic directly. But the same problem: window can’t be closer tightly. Checked a third room, Same issue.! It was 3 am! This is really bad. I would say in the future, when u select room, don’t go to the ones facing traffic. I won’t stay in this hotel any more. For me it is qualified as a 4 Star hotel! 3. Wi-Fi is so slow in room. Especially in room 201. I had to use my own data. Unluckily Mobily signal is weak in room 201. I suffered regarding internet. 4. I chose this hotel because from internet there will be one activity in that hotel. After I checked in it’s found that no activity there. It’s wrong info. One of my main reasons to choose this hotel is because of this. In the end, nothing … I know it’s not hotel fault. I just got disappointed Overall, it’s a really bad experience for me. Among all the 4 carlson hotels in khobar, this one is the worst for me for sure!

Great service from the moment I arrived. Even though there had been some confusion over my booking, the reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is lovely — well furnished with all the amenities one would expect from its higher priced sister hotel. Great food, top service and an all round positive experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms very good. Kept clean. Silent zone. However I felt the property was badly understaffed, but functioning great. Don't expected to be greeted or them to pick up your luggage without you instructing them to. But I still loved the stay.

Great front of house staff. Very helpful with a good sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent with a first class chef who provided us with tasty chilly omelettes. A quiet room overlooking the garden.

A very decent place in the Four Star Hotel Category. Rooms are large and spacious. Service is prompt. Located in walking distance to Hyper Panda Supermarket. However room cleanliness could be better and in room dining menu is limited.

Service at the restaurant is very poor especially the cafe at 2nd floor.

It's a very average place. Noisy AC ducts make it not so comfortable to rest. There is a huge super market across the road which is an advantage.

My name is sultan al-Khalifa. I’m from Saudi Arabia. I’m 19 years old. I went to Al-Khobar with my family to visit my grandmother. I travel two times in a year. We stayed in Park inn hotel. I stayed in business room. It was a cleanness room. The staff was a good and helpful also the room it was big. Park inn had good location and favorable price. It has swimming pool their and Italian restaurant in said the hotel. The restaurant has a lot of meals. For example it has a good pizza and spaghetti. Also the price for the restaurant was normal. It is 5 stars hotel. My advice for who — ever would like to go to Al-khobar stayed there. Because really I like it and it has all your needs. Park inn was very fare from the airport. But it is near from the beach and city center. If you want go to the beach from the hotel around 15 mints by car. Park inn hotel wasn’t beach in said. It has a good service for the visitor. The service is they took you for the beach free by them car. The swimming pool was not to much big. The bed was big and comfortable. All stuff for this hotel is new. When I go to the bed I feel I can sleep 10 hours because it is very comfortable I like it. It has a big television in the room and good quality. I like service for the hotel and I like the staff. The staff was good and every time was smile for the visitor. If I told for the staff l want you clean my room just take a 5 mints for do It. Next time I will live their.

Liked the modern style and the dining area with the garden. I attended a 5-day course and the area was conveniently located between Dammam and Khobar, so no traffic Jam.
