I was truly impressed by the excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff throughout my stay.

I had an excellent two-day stay here. A special shoutout to Mohammed Saleh and Mahmouhd, their customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning.

The people there are the best thing, Khamis, Sajun and Ali from the restaurants are no nice.
The TV in the room isn't smart and the was the only downside.

I visited Jubail for a business trip. I was lucky to find such a comfortable, accessible and affordable serviced apartment.

Great service but a bit pricy, prices change depending on the day time, they don’t have a free breakfast nor a swimming pool btw but it’s a great hotel for a 4 stars.

The building is in good condition.
It seems a comfortable place as the window open right on the face of ocean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Jubail, and I must say that my experience was exceptional.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help me to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jubail city.

Rooms are good and clean but the bathrooms are very narrow. The services and staffs behaviour was good. The hotel is located at the centre of jubail city.

Stayed at the hotel twice. Really liked the location — quiet yet not too far from the city center. Can find all basic shops around, from coffee & ice cream to a full-fledged supermarket and pharmacy.

This is definitely a 4 star apartment hotel. Very good, clean rooms. Spacious. Very good front desk service. The air freshener smell in the lobby was intense, but other than that, it was great.
