Best Holiday Inn in Eastern Region! I didn't like my room last time though. Facilities are nice. Breakfast is good. World cup matches were great there!

I won’t recommend this place for sahoor. They served only left overs. Value for money = negative, not even zero.

The Ramadan iftar is very unorganized. Even if you have a reservation. The food selection is not big but its okay at best. Its overpriced but thats to be expected. The staff tries to blame the customer after giving the "reserved" table to someone else. We were finally sat down about 35 minutes after maghrib. Really disappointing.

Very good. You have value for money. Chain hotel and all that you expect from a chain hotel is there.
You can go in confidence.

Family and I usual guests of Holiday Inn hotels and are used to their standards. But I have been in an event in Mar/2018 in this hotel and I personally did not like it. At least around the events area… just not to be too long the bathrooms were completely dirty after only 1 hour the event have started. And it continued like that for the entire event. Very bad first time in there.

They deserve 3 stars for the room. 4 stars for the lobby, 5 stars for the seating open area next to swim pool and 3.5 stars for the restaurant or room service. I didnt visit the hotel for long time but everything almost same. Rooms need to improve, their staff friendly and supportive as I remember. The only real improve is the open area out side great job, but they need to stop dividing it to general part where single and family can seat, family parts only for family (not fear).

A typical hotel for business travelers. Nothing fancy. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel, reasonable price, only comment was very slow service as they only had 1 person handling concierge and no valet.

You can feel that the hotel is old. There was a not so relaxing feeling inside the room.

Good food but they need more imprivment to menu and teach thier peopke to smile!

It's just AMAZING! Has a pool, a gym, amazing staff (always at you're service and bright) provides everything a customer need; only problem is that they don't allow pet's I guess.

Very good location, supportive staff, rooms are neat& tasty breakfast Meeting rooms need more care as it lacks facilities& better arrangements.

Booked myself here for 3 nights. Stayed there for a night as if now, 2 more to go and I am not sure if I want to continue. The moment I entered the room, the smell of mold and dampness hit me. The room seemed clean enough, so it most probably is the AC which is at fault. The bathroom is tiny and the shower area barely has room over my head and I am not very tall! (5'7"). I had asked for a room on the first floor though there are only two floors (G+1), they said they dont have availibility although I barely saw any people around the hotel. I had asked for a change of room or upgrade but I was refused that, so much for being a "IHG Gold Elite" member. This is my 3rd time in Saudi and the previous stays were at Holiday Inn Khobar on the Old Airport road and that was much better in comparison. Quite disappointing.

Excellent and enjoyable. Good location but in need of a bit of work around the pool area.

The rooms are quite old which was a bit of a turn off. The overall experience was nice, service was good and the breakfast buffet was also nice.

Liked the buffet though lil over salty however, you get what a worth of your money. SAR 185/ person and if you are using entertainer you get the other guest for free yay.

Rooms are large enough, beds and bedding are comfortable, breakfast is good. Transportation and parking are more convenient. The price is too high.

Generally a comfy place to stay and the majority of the staff would work to make you comfortable I stayed around 6 weeks They have some opportunities like having a more professional reception staff who wouldn't change your reservation on their own, or lose your DHL packages.
