Four years ago was better than now despite an upgrade given to my resivation. TV channels are double and distorted. Housekeeping 4 stars. Hospitality 4 stars I'd like to see this place on the top list. I'll be back.

I had the pleasure to have my Iftar yesterday with my friend at the hotel. Every thing was well arranged. The food was very tasty. And the staff were very cooperative and the location was very comfortable. After the Iftar; there was some activities arranged by the hotel for families and kids. Gifts were distributed to the guest. All the groups enjoyed and participate in during there stay, the Iftar price was 125 riyals per person which is reasonable Thank you Mr Mohammad and Mr. Hani for being very gentle and nice with all your costumes. best regards to all.

Great place to stay and hold any functions. The service is great, staff are very accommodating and very nice. Food is great too especially this Ramadan all is set perfectly with entertainment and daily surprises.

Great built but failed to maintain standards. Large rooms.

Fine hotel, although the floor was dirty once and I told them so they gave me shoes.

1. In saudi Arabia the wehther is extremely hot so every must have an ac (condition) they gsve me with a broken one. When I called they sent a guy who told to close the curtins, logically what does the ac have to do with the curtins, so they offerd other room so I went in for simething better. The other room ac was barley working so I had to accept it bcuz their was no option. But at night the ac broke and I had to sleep at the couch bcuz was working. The service was very bad, the rooms were very old, we were 5 in a room and we all had to share 1 bathroom, all tv' s were broken, the food was very bad and cold. This hotel is very, and advice not to go at all.

Nice place, large rooms. Room service is not up to standard and hot water is just warm. Food is very expensive.

I will go tom to zara continental and I will tell u my opinion ok.

Excellent Hotel to stay in if you're in Al Khobar.

Nice view, good lobby but room furniture is below expected.

Not as expected the room is not very clean, and the reception staff is not corporate.

The furniture is very old and their rooms smell.

A great place for businessmen and families. Their units are furnished suites with large space for families. A little kitchen serves the needs for light meals during the stay. Most of all, its very close to the two largest malls in the region.
