It is a 3'Star or lesser hotel… 1. Staff is very polite and friendly. 2. Good location. 3. Close to Masjid. 4. Rooms size is acceptable. 1. Washroom is horribly compact. 2. Room Furniture is old and broken. 3. Sanitary is not in condition. 4. Unorganized parking lot 5. You wont get a room as per online booking. 6. Room service will place back the same towels instead of replacing to fresh ones. 7. No nearby restaurants. Booking Cancellation charge will be refunded after 21days to your account.

Relatively nice place to stay in. Good price for a night. Breakfast selections is great. Gym and swimming pool is perfect. Good staff always keen to help. Rooms need to be renovated bit old and carpet need to he cleaned thoroughly. Security personnel doesn't know why they are there.

My family and I rented the one bedroom suite. The location and staff were great. However, even though it is a new hotel the living room ceiling had water damage, mild scraping wear and tear on furniture and fixtures. Also the living area washroom was very small and tight. It was challenging getting into the shower as the door was semi blocked by the sink. The room had value for money and the breakfast was decent as well.

Nice hotel located conveniently near Aramco and Dammam 2nd industrial area. The lobby and breakfast area looks Royal. Breakfast is very nice. Once a week the hotel arranged buffet with sea food theme. For corporate guests greater discount are offered. Overall a nice property in Dammam with great comforts to offer.

It has been a great experience during my last stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Dhahran. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the smiling face of Mr. Faadil at the reception, who did his best to make me as comfortable as possible. Although the check-in time starts at 3 pm, I was upgraded and given excellent accommodation immediately. Check-in was really swift. I was upgraded to 2 bedroom suite, and trust me when I say it was really comfortable :) Breakfast was another enjoyable event every morning, with wide variety for any food buds, except the omelette station, which was experimenting with me and I wasn't happy about that. Apart from that, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my mornings. Throughout my stay, as Mr. Faadil told me that it's my second home, I really felt that way. Everyone was quite helpful. I am glad I stayed there again and am very soon going back there again on 18th March, hoping to have a repeat of the same experience.

The Philippines embassy comes here frequently for passport renewal in other Philippines citizens services. However you need to have an appointment to get in there. There are very strict with the appointments policy. They open appointments booking 5 days before they come.

The over all of the hotel is good, however it has all the capabilities to get 5 stars, but I rate it only 4 stars for the following cons and pros. The staff here is really friendly and willing to help by any means and that is one of the best advantages that made me continue my stay for +2months. Restaurant, it it really clean, well organized but the food is not that good, repeated almost 2-3 times a week, with very limited varieties of food, I saw that during breakfast and dinner as I never attended lunch time there. Rooms, they a variety of rooms type, it is clean but misses a lot of maintenance, crack on the ceiling, lots of power switches that is useless, simply does not light or turn off any lights, light switches are not well organized and I would say that the rooms needs to have more lights as the internal rooms does not have enough daylight. Parking area is almost full most of the times, so better be prepared to return back early to find a parking slot. What I like the most here is the staff, they really made me feel home, everyone is friendly, the front desk team, room service, restaurant staff and chefs are friendly and smile to your face all the time. What I did not like most is that the rooms needs more maintenance, light and fresh air inlet.

Nise looking building. A good location near the southern side of Aramco Park. Also provides on of the most elaborate breakfast buffets I have ever seen.

The reception and service were great. But cleanliness could be better. I saw a lot of marks on my carpet. Ooo the fridge you can't use it. It is sealed with marking "if you break the seal, you bought it". This is just ridiculous.

It's a beautiful and well designed hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Definitely a hotel worth staying at. Had a wonderful stay here.

But overpriced for the service experienced. The parking was a nightmare and zero assistance on luggage no luggage boy and no carriers.

Good price for the comfort of a Five Star Hotel. The hotel looks small from the facade but you will be surprised as you enter the grand lobby! Buffet Breakfast is awesome & the Mall of Dhahran is just across the highway.

I love this hotel the staff so kind and the hotel close to Mall of Dahran as well 10 minutes from the corniche.

Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms with very fast Wi-Fi. Has a big lobby with several seating areas you can relax in. Has its own parking spaces with security.

This is my third check in here since I visited the first time in January this year. It is a cosy place with friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly. I would stay here again But it worth to mention that it should be consistent service as when I called to get few info before my arrival the receptionist was a disaster but when I came I was surprised by another more experienced and professional friendly staff. Housekeeping is great and helpful Deluxe room is fantastic Pool is okay not that clean.

The car/driver desk in the hotel is an absolute disaster. I booked cars over a 4 day period and had a problem every single day. On one day, I was very late for the start of a course I was giving, resulting in 45 unhappy clients. Avoid the hotel.

One of the best hotel in al Khobar and Dharan area and highly recommended. The room is big and teddy also with excellent breakfast buffet. All the hotel staff are so friendly and great hospitality. Special thanks for MR. Abdulrahim, Mr. Mohammed kmal, Mr rami, and Mr kadhim. It wsa pleasant 3 month saty at Double Tree. And it will be my only destination for any up coming saty in al Khobar.

Stayed approx. 10 nites — — staff very friendly and helpful, but a few complaints:not all electrical outlets in our room worked. Shower floor not pitched correctly and shower water ran away from floor drain!. Wake up call button on phone not working. Not Judy Butler.

One of worst hotels I've ever stayed in I can't Believe it's a Hilton branch Dose not deserve the 4 star rating.

Exceptional experience. Property is very nice and well maintained. The staff and management team, are exceptional. The GM of the hotel, Mr. Ahmet Antepli, could not be more accommodating to hotel guests. The focus and treatment guests receive are as good or better than what you would receive at the finest Hilton — Waldorf properties. Highly recommend this property for both business travelers and for leisure.
