Not a bad hotel. But, in my opinion, unnecessarily high cost. I note the work of the staff, including the waiters in the restaurant and lobby bar: no strained smiles, quick quality help without unnecessary pathos. It was not possible to evaluate the entertainment at the hotel, as the snot did not take a chance in the water park, and as every day we went to the city for business (stayed for only three days), the entertainment center at the hotel just did not have enough time. Enjoyed breakfasts on the covered glass terrace — the open space and view of the pools create a sense of relaxation at the seaside resort. The range of breakfasts will be especially appreciated by children — their favorite fries and nuggets, and in general very good. The room was standard — small but cozy. Everything you need is available, including the kettle (for us it is important), the robe. The child liked the Riviera (the hotel's signature symbol — a little animal with a fountain on his head) and his numerous bright figures on the territory. Maybe we'll come back.

Hotel 5 by Food visitors trough Kulesh (not all percent 30 spoil the whole experience) was not able to visit the Aqua Park (was included in the room price) the restaurant to attend in the evening failed (fat minus) there was a wedding had to sit in the lobby. However the steak with vegetables was very good. Like Cheese cakes baked. The Waiter is polite. If you are in a residence, ask for a river view. Breakfast: Huge buffet, delicious mini-ales. Only red caviar and champagne are missing.
Rooms: Spacious, clean, comfortable. Huge panoramic windows. Take a view of Kazanku, for it is necessary to overpay.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time, which pleasantly surprised this time we were given a superior room from the hotel as a bonus, I so understood for constancy (maybe there were empty rooms, so gave a better room), we were a family with two small children. Very nice view, tasty and varied breakfast and the coolest Aqua Park I've been to in Russia, it's all Riviera! The staff at the reception is very friendly, all explained, even advised that you can see in the surrounding area. Next time we will be in Kazan, we will definitely come back here.

Great holiday Complex. We were on training. Loved the room in which the training was held. The hotel is excellent, very chic and rich. Aesthetic pleasure at every step. A large selection of restaurants in walking distance to different taste and size of the purse. Near Tatneft-Arena-you can go on foot in the evening and watch hockey.

Very small room on the square. Dust and a broken chair. For two adults and two children offered no more than 18 sq. M. The room is not unturned. In addition only water park and breakfast. But it's too riot. There are hotels in Kazan a hundred times better and cheaper. The hotel can choose another and in the water park legs, it is worth.

The service is so so, at the front desk do not talk about gifts, like 5d cinema, etc. When renting a room.
