Guests of Russian citizens on the passport (we have no one) are not accommodated. Arrived from another city, with a child of 7 years (the child of St. Rf, I have a passport of the Russian Federation, my husband has a passport n-o) and when checking into the hotel "like snow on the head" it turns out that we are denied in-settlement, because we want to check in on the passport. When booking the hotel for the day we were not told anything about such intricacies of settling. Called the administrator, who in turn with a haughty look came out and said that we will not be accommodated, not offering us any way out of the situation, on our discouraged state said only that they did not have to warn us about it, shoved Under the nose of some piece of paper format A4 with reprinted text is not clear from where, without reference to the law and regulations, as well as without the signature and printing of the hotel, when I asked why we site is not this information, she said that this information is on the site turned around and left. Later we looked at the official website of the hotel and found no information concerning this issue. " And that we would be escorted out of the hotel with a small child on the street, guests who came from another city, we were unashamedly answered "YES. " That's how this hotel treats its guests (. It is a pity that we found ourselves in this situation, of course, we understand that not the hotel comes up with such restrictions, but you can warn your guests when booking, and in general it would be better to have this information yet on site to place also on the home page. Of course the hotel is very nice, comfortable, constantly staying there when we come to visit the beautiful Kazan. But… The administrator leaves much to be desired, not competent, not the right person. Now we'll probably look at another place. Although perhaps an unpleasant feeling from such an indifferent reception (when shown that do not care about the guests) will die down. The review is written, not for the purpose of complaint, I repeat the hotel is excellent, but to prevent the repetition of these situations, as it is not pleasant to stay on the street in a foreign city and with a small child who needs a rest after the road. I put such an assessment for the situation!
