We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the People red square hotel. I was a little apprehensive about what we would get given that we were there for the world cup and making changes would be impossible. Our hosts took very good care of us. They managed to arrange an early check-in despite all the rush. The cafe had a simple breakfast spread. The rooms were new clean and housekeeping was very efficient. Most of our hosts spoke English so communication was not a problem. The best part about the property is that it's just across the river from the Moscow Kremlin. The rooms are part of the old city in a church complex and hence cosy.
Might be the greatest value for money you could ever get in Moscow! People Red Square Hotel is located right next to the Kremlin and Red Square. There is a 24/7 reception and a restaurant, which offers breakfast for the hotel guests. We booked a room for 3 persons and we were not disappointed. I couldn’t believe it when I saw that the hotel provides you with: bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, complementary water, coffee and so much more. If you stay here, you won’t need any public transportation, as it is very close to most of the significant monuments, worth seeing, such as: Kremlin, Red Square, GUM, Chatedral of Christ the Saviour, Arbat street, Lenins mausoleum etc. People Red Square hotel made our visit in Moscow, UNFORGETTABLE!
