➜ It's not the first time I've stayed here. BUT the Last One. At the reception work SOVDEP's aunts, who are not particularly steamy about the service. The payment for the room was in advance, before coming to Moscow. And when I arrived, I was told — the number is not paid. Started to ask to pay again, or to make an advance of 5000 rubles. Not understanding the essence of the problem. And what do you think… The hotel's accounting department didn't post the payments, like I didn't have time. And customers are required to re-pay.
