Terrible!
This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel, it was always good and the hotel is cozy, clean, but this time on July 15, 2020 we wanted to rent a room for 2 hours. The woman from the very beginning communicated with us poorly, answered rudely and said that they don’t rent for 2 hours but for the night only.
At this time we always filmed for 2 hours. Not only was she rude to us, she demanded a bunch of documents from us, before that they also didn’t require documents other than a passport.
We demanded the administrator to ask what kind of rudeness she said that I was the manager, although she was in uniform like a cleaning lady. When we got to the number about 30 minutes later they started calling the phone, naturally we picked up the phone but without an answer, she probably decided to mock us.
They ruined the mood even for a minute and didn’t want to stay after that. We were there for at least 40 hours and came out and asked this woman why you were calling and leaving the phone, to which she replied that she didn’t know anything, after that we left even though we paid for the day. It’s a pity for one woman who is rude and ruined our mood and the status of the hotel.

Glitter and poverty. Disgraceful pictures and breakfast, for which you have to pay separately if you want to eat normally. The hotel leaves the feeling not of a boutique hotel, but of a brothel hotel, in which everything is done cheaply and tackily. Well, of course, if you like to sleep to the sound of trains, this is the place for you.
However, the hotel is not bad at all, we were greeted warmly, the room was clean, there was a cooler on the floor. Such a low rating is to counterbalance the suspiciously good previous reviews.

My husband and I decided to devote a few days only to himself, left the kids with grandparents-grandparents, and drove from St. Petersburg to Moscow.
