The perfect hotel! We stayed for one night. Quality is in the details – the welcome glass of champagne upon check-in stole my heart. It was spotlessly clean; we checked in before midnight.

If "In Bruges" had been filmed in Russia, it would definitely have been in Svetlogorsk. March there is an introvert's dream. Peace, serenity, tranquility. The Karmanns Hotel is in sync with the city.

It would be great to add the ability to use iVi, Kinopoisk, and the internet, not just TV.

I have traveled a lot, so I have something to compare with. The hotel is not only in no way inferior to European ones, but in many ways surpasses them.

The hotel is very conveniently located, literally a stone's throw from a Spar store.

A huge thank you to the friendly and professional staff at Rauschen for a relaxing stay at the end of August. The rooms have everything we need, the cleaning is excellent, and so is the breakfast.

A very quiet hotel. The rooms are always clean and tidy, as is the rest of the property.
The main advantage is its accessibility.

Situated in a private sector, near Svetlogorsk-2 station (7 minutes), the hotel boasts authentic architecture. Freshly renovated, this 3-star hotel is a pleasant experience.

Wonderful location. The house is in the forest. There's a forest path to the beach. It's quiet, and the surroundings are beautiful.
The room is uncomfortable. The floor is cold.

This is a great hotel. It looks modest in the photos, but the room is clean, tidy, and has everything you need, including a kettle, hairdryer, and a small refrigerator.

But it didn't spoil the impressions. The place is great, the room is warm, the balcony has a beautiful view, the mattress is comfortable, everything is clean and cozy.

Close to the descent to the sea and to the lake and to the organ hall and to the concert hall, while the place is quite quiet, crowds of people from the center do not reach it.

We stayed in June 2025 and loved everything: the spa, the restaurants, and the open-air cinema. Lux+, rented a gazebo, scooter rentals, and nice places for walks.

I want to leave a review. First of all, when we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by a smiling security guard. He politely escorted us to the reception area to receive and pay for our room.

The location is very good: there is a bus stop next to the railway station, there is access by car, and parking; in the center, but quiet, there is no roadway under the windows, the birds are singing.

Excellent cozy hotel. Located on a quiet street, but at the same time close to all the city's attractions. Very good service, always prompt and help. Quality breakfasts!

A truly beautiful place! We came here for the first time and immediately fell in love. It's a great place for a family vacation, a getaway, and a refreshing break!

Great location in the heart of Kurortny Prospekt! The room was a standard double, but it was spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean.

We had the kind of vacation we had imagined! We decided to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday and my birthday on the Curonian Spit and chose the Mayakovsky Hotel.

Good location, close to the sea and key places of the reserve — Efa heights, dancing forest, ornithological station. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is a bay with swans and wild ducks. Clean air.

We stayed in 2024. The hotel is located on a quiet dead-end street, which I think is important for a relaxing stay. We arrived early and were checked in right away because there was a room available.

We stayed in the off-season. It's a wonderful hotel. Frequency is important to me, and everything about it is perfect. The receptionists, Ekaterina and Yulia, are wonderful and helpful.

Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was polite, showing us around and explaining everything. The room is very unusual, apparently two rooms joined together.

Great location, fresh, clean rooms, great showers, friendly staff. Three full beds, no extra beds, which is very important to us. Breakfasts are generous but simple; I wish they were more interesting.

The best thing is the wonderful wooden cabins. They look so authentic, cozy, and eco-friendly, like a true forest retreat. It's warm, clean, and smells of wood inside.

Basically a hearty breakfast. For breakfast, 3-4 slices of sausage and cheese are enough, plus 2 dishes to choose from. In general, the road to the hotel was not annoying. Good price for Svetlogorsk.

A good, clean hostel, a wonderful recreation area and kitchen, fresh bathrooms, there is a washing machine.

We lived in a separate room. Our own entrance from the street on the 1st floor of a new building. There is no sign on the door, only a sign "Ozon" glowing above.
