A wonderful, cozy hotel in the city center! The room was beautiful, cleaned daily, and the tea, coffee, and water were replenished daily. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was polite and positive. Sights are within walking distance. Restaurants and shops are nearby. I'm incredibly happy with my choice.

Great place. We loved the room; we booked a junior suite. Daily cleaning, a fridge in the room, and a tea station. Water was also brought daily. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp white linens. Towels were changed daily. All toiletries were provided. We booked half board: breakfast and dinner, as we spent the entire day on excursions, so we ate elsewhere. Breakfast was buffet style, with a very good selection. Dinner was à la carte. Everything was always fresh and delicious. A huge thank you to the chef. Finally, a huge thank you to the administrators for their caring attitude towards guests, their warmth, and their professionalism!

We stayed overnight before our flight and generally liked everything, except that the windows overlooked the highway, making it very noisy and difficult to sleep. Although we requested a window facing the opposite direction when booking, we had no complaints about the room; everything was as described, including a kettle, tea, and coffee. You can also get coffee from the coffee machine for free at any time. Breakfast lacked egg options; only boiled ones were available, though you could try an omelet. Also, the city center is about a half-hour walk away.

Yes, I liked everything. The hotel is small, the location is good, it's a 7-10 minute taxi ride to the center, and the price is reasonable: 150-200 rubles. The breakfast is buffet-style, catering to every taste. We had a late-night flight, so we packed lunch boxes for the road. A very pleasant experience. There are shops nearby, so you can easily get everything you need. Cleaning is done daily, great job.

Everything positive from other guests is absolutely true: hospitality, comfort, pleasant and hearty breakfasts, the bed, coffee always available, water, and other little touches. Thank you!

The deluxe room doesn't have a proper window—only a ceiling window, which doesn't let in much light and can't be opened during rain. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy, and without it, it's immediately stuffy. Overall, the interior feels like it's from the last century, even though the hotel isn't actually that old. The breakfast is completely unremarkable.

We loved everything, even the sound of the tram wheels. It was very atmospheric 😊 The room's windows overlooked the tram line. The room was large and clean, and the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was filling, and the coffee was delicious. The coffee machine worked 24/7. We were satisfied.
We missed one more chair, and the lighting in the room was dim.

Four people stayed in an apartment. Everything was clean.
The location is also good if you want to stroll the narrow streets lined with pretty houses. It's close to the Amalienau district.
The breakfast was good and filling.

2. The hotel staff is a special highlight! They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Every request I had was answered quickly and with a smile. I felt they genuinely cared about their guests' comfort.

I really liked it! The room was wonderful, the staff was helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the chefs did a fantastic job. There was porridge, pancakes with meat (with cottage cheese on another day), plain pancakes, an omelet, vegetables, cheese, ham sausage, sponge cake, and much more. That's what I remember. The room had a carpeted floor, which added a cozy touch. Overall, we felt right at home—warm, quiet, and filling. On the downside, they claim there's a pool, but that's not true. There's no information about the pool on the official website. Why is it a downside? When you only have carry-on luggage and only take the essentials, but here it's a lie.

The hotel is not in the tourist center, but you can walk to the bus stops or the northern station. The room is not the one in the photo when booking, but also not bad. Below was a review about the noise of the air conditioner — floor-standing mobile air conditioners are all so noisy. The service is wonderful, from the meeting at the reception to the daily cleaning. Breakfasts are varied: porridge, cereal, omelettes, sausages, pelmeni / vareniki. There was always something tasty) Sometimes in the morning there were interruptions in the water, stopping flowing during a shower. The audibility is like in a cardboard box: you can talk to your neighbors through the wall and hear what they put on the nightstand.

The hotel positions itself as 3* — so for the 3* level it is simply a wonderful hotel! Convenient location — not the city center itself, but you can walk to the center (15-20 minutes), or by tram (the stop is literally nearby). There are many shops and stores, bars, cafes, etc. Near the hotel. No problem where to have a snack or a full meal. The hotel itself has very attentive and customer-oriented staff. The staff is 10 out of 10! For the 3* level — a wonderful room, bottled water is put in the room every day, there is a tea station. In general, I highly recommend it for a budget trip!

A pleasant European-style hotel. The room has everything you need, even a sewing kit. Comfortable bed. Good linen. There is a kettle, tea and sugar. In the shower, shampoo and gel in dispensers on the wall, which is very convenient. There is a refrigerator and a safe. You can walk to many locations (the zoo is 20 minutes away). Tram tracks run close to the building. Our room overlooked the end of the house and you could hear it. I can imagine what it's like for those whose windows face the tram tracks.

The windows in the room overlook the street, where cars drive quite intensively even at night. If I were not very tired, it would be difficult to fall asleep. I liked it very much. Great staff — they help, they tell you everything. Clean spacious room. Not bad breakfasts. The bathroom has absolutely everything you need. There are many shops downstairs, absolutely everything you might need. There is a dedicated parking lot. A bit far from the center, but a cheap taxi can solve it. You can hear from the neighboring room, but it's not critical at all (more of a nitpick)

The biggest plus of this hotel is the organization of food. Breakfasts/dinners are excellent. Thanks to the cooks! )
