Friendly staff, almost perfect cleanliness, fragrant smell around. The room is great for relaxing and intellectual work. Spacious, stylish, functional. Everything is needed in the room, including a kettle, an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, a set of coffee tea. And, of course, the atmosphere. Every detail feels like a level. The hotel is worth both its brand and the money spent.

Probably the best hotel in Königsberg. Fine rooms and food, all clean and shine. Right in the center. Good level of a Radisson brand.

A convenient location in the city centre. The rooms are nice, the staff are polite. Didn't like dinners, if you come up a little after 19 hours, some dishes end, and no longer bring them. Those who come to 20 o'clock risk to remain hungry at all, as almost everything ends! We came in a large group and the hotel was clearly not ready for this (in terms of food). And the range of dishes for dinner leaves much to be desired. Breakfasts are a little better.

A very pleasant, cozy hotel. The front desk staff, restaurant and cleaning service are very polite and highly professional! The location of the hotel is better not to think! The chef is a special thank you for the varied menu and great taste of the dishes! I would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Kaliningrad, your hotel;)

A chain hotel. Great view from the window and location. The staff are polite, say, trained. Modern interior. The cleanliness is perfect! The room has a set for tea and coffee. Iron and ironing board. A very comfortable bed. Cosmetics of good quality. The cost of breakfast is about 900 rubles. Breakfast is very varied. You can book a free transfer to Svetlogorsk. In general, this hotel chain is always on top.

The hotel hosts a series of master business class classes. The conference room is located on the 2nd floor, there is also a buffet area. The overall score is 3.1 hotel maximum wants to earn — apparently without additional payment for good service — to work at all is not worth it, the client in our case the project Sberbank and Google is considered only as a purse, and the participants did not deserve expensive attention. The general impression is as from a provincial hotel, living its pathetic life far from reality and modern requirements. Technical support from the hotel was absent, judging by the result of the equipment. Food on 3.0: Lunch is very skimpy at 180g per person. There was no organization at all, not everyone had enough food. In breaks tea, coffee and waffles and candy cow. It feels like any word from the staff costs money.

Very nice and clean hotel. Spain National Tema was here as well during Russia 2018 WC.

The bar tender was great! Very welcoming and had a great time with some friendly croatians.

It is not the first time, always go to a meeting on any questions. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Near shopping center and lots of places to eat.

Breakfast and Beds were Super. The Stay was Topped by Mario Götze's World Cup goal for the 2014 World CUP, which we were able to witness in the Hotel Bar.

Very good price/performance ratio. Reliable Quality, very good Location in the Center with many Reaurants nearby.

The evaluation is reduced for the broken TV and remote control, the actual absence of hot water until 6 am.

Stayed from 28.04 to 01.05, great service and responsiveness of the staff at the reception, went to meet all wishes. Special thanks to the work of reception Anastasia, Julia and Maxim. They made our experience of the service much better! I can say that in the European Radisson the staff is not so good. Thank you.

Convenient location — the city centre, all within walking distance. The best hotel in town.

We have stayed here since the 29th of December for new year until the 4th of Jan First we got to reception and was told we had an upgrade (great you think) they book 2 people into a room but only give out 1 bottle of water and one set of soaps no robes no slippers nothing. We have to ask for them. Everyday we are cleaned they again only restock 1 item each after being told again and again there is 2 people in a room. We order room service and the food turned up with a hair in it. They ask for payment straight away instead of adding it to the bill. The walls are paper thin and we can hear everything the next room is talking about so they can obviously hear us. After new year the people in the next room to us are a family with kids (screaming kids) so for new years we are woken up to screaming kids we put up with it for 2 days buy when asked to move rooms they gave us 2 options a twin room with beds pushed together or pay and 2000rbl for upgrade… after much moaning to reception the manager upgrades us to business room. (the 2000rbl upgraded room) it's the same room but 2 floors higher and the amazing upgrade is a coffee machine in the room and that's is 2000rbl upgrade… we now have a room facing the main road so we can't open a window as the road is so busy and fumes stink. I have travelled extensively and have never seen such rubbish from a radisson. This is such a shame as we was having an amazing time in Kaliningrad. For the money we are paying it's so not worth it.

The hotel and location is perfect, but the staff is disgusting. Were booked and paid for three months two family rooms with a double bed, at check-in received with single beds. On the question why so, the silent shrug shrugged. We were asked to change the room or at least make the beds. We got the following answer: There are no rooms, the Peryatzhku at best will make in a day if something does not suit move out…

Went here for a conference.
We liked the spacious and modern rooms, nice design and courteous staff. We worked buffet in the restaurant Hall-also pleasantly pleased with the choice and quality. Another plus is the hotel in the center.

There were 10 times, all over the place, permanent gifts to regular customers. That wine, that junior suite. Level as it is. Thank them.

I always Radisson storajus to take it, the price of quality here is high, minus only that the hotel has a bad location, but when compared to the majority, Radisson is clearly better.

It's convenient to hold conferences and meetings. Wi-Fi for the living is disconnected when leaving the room. The room was very good.

Pros: great rooms with everything you may need — flat screen TVs, coffee machines, baths, etc. Very nice breakfast and excellent location in the city center, next to the main square. Feel secure with guarded parking area under the hotel. One shopping centre is connected to the hotel, the other is 100m away. Cons: fitness area separate from the hotel, no spa/pool or saunas. People tend to smoke in the hotel lobby and main restaurant.
