The staff is very attentive, friendly, high-class service, unique retro interior, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. Documents for reporting are in order and on time.
Someone loudly rattled empty bottles under the 1st floor window a couple of times in the evening. But this is Kaliningrad, people relax, not without it.
There is an empty refrigerator humming in the room. It’s unclear why it’s burning electricity. This is an unnecessary detail. It was difficult to figure out the mixer in the bathroom with cold and hot water. It is non-standard, designer. Do not turn on high pressure immediately, so as not to scald it with boiling water. Although here is also a question: why heat the water so much. It's clearly from the boiler, and the hotel's electricity consumption is probably high. I'm glad that there are still such rich hotels in the country :)

Comfortable bed, you can order a suitable pillow. The room is clean.
There are rooms in the semi-basement, the windows overlook the trash. The windows of the rooms in the main building overlook the parking lot of city services. Work there starts early in the morning. The staff is not friendly to the guests. At the reception there is outright rudeness and disregard for the interests of the guests.

This is not the first time we have stopped. We take Deluxe or Junior Suite. Favorite hotel in Kaliningrad! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! A historic building in the Amalienau district, stunning design, antique furniture, interior items, you want to look at every detail. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and have capsule coffee machines. Delicious breakfasts, good coffee from the coffee machine (this is important for me), excellent service. Snow-white linen and towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner. It’s a bit far from the Fishing Village, but for me this is not a minus, but a plus. If Kaliningrad, then only Tchaikovsky!

Liked everything! The hotel is very nice, in an old house, a monument of historical heritage. Very interesting interior. I liked that the room had all the shower accessories, even conditioner and body lotion; they can also provide shaving gel, a razor, and a comb if necessary. And the sets of jars were replenished every day. If you run out of something, you can ask and everything will be provided. This way you don’t have to take these accessories with you at all, which for me personally would save space in my luggage. There is also a very good hairdryer. Comfortable mattress and bed, but uncomfortable pillows. But we saw late that the hotel has a pillow menu, so we could change it. I also really liked the presence of bathrobes in the room. In addition, the room is very quiet, no sounds from the street disturb your rest. Breakfast is very good and there is something for every taste. In general, we felt very comfortable and sincere. And next time we will come only here, because after such a hotel I don’t want to go to others anymore.

A wonderful hotel with a high level of service, delicious breakfasts and an excellent location in the historical district of Amalienau. I really liked the interior, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, beauty in every detail. The bath in the room was a nice touch. I was attracted by the personality, style and beauty of the hotel. The originality and taste of the restaurant. I advise guests and residents of the city of Kaliningrad to visit.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Russia. In Kaliningrad I always stop only here. The feeling that you are in your own mansion. Authentic, beautiful place. Always attentive service, delicious food. Bathtub rather than shower in rooms. The team created an atmosphere of comfort and calm. I heartily recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from 25 to 28 February 24. The hotel is very atmospheric, delicious breakfasts, excellent cleaning, daily change of towels. Slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion are always available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided by the hotel. There is a coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff. The hotel is located near the old German district of Amalinau. The center of Kaliningrad is within walking distance. Thank you to the hotel for our pleasant mini vacation. I really want to return to this hotel.

The hotel is simply fantastic, the staff is super customer oriented. The interior and the restaurant are a special love ❤️ I flew with a friend for 4 days — a delight! All locations are nearby, cafes, restaurants, etc. I will definitely come back to you!

It is not located on the edge of civilization; the location seemed convenient to me.
The food is tasty, varied, and quite lively in the morning, but I never came to empty trays.

The wife tripped over an imperceptible drop on the floor of the second floor. It was not marked at all, but there was a step about 10 cm, and I twisted my leg.

A very cool and atmospheric hotel, beautiful interiors and a delicious varied breakfast. Close to all attractions. Polite staff and good room equipment.

The food was incredibly tasty, homemade, a large assortment of buffets, there were salads and herring and baked meat and grilled vegetables. Sausages, salami, cheese, omelet, casserole, etc. As a matter of course. I would like to specifically mention the amazingly delicious coffee!
The room is clean, the furnishings correspond to a retro hotel, elegant. There is everything you need and even more. Much more.

Price wise I can say it’s fair as in considering the excellent food, service and quality the price is actually very good especially if you are used to the high diner prices in The Netherlands.

Very nice hotel close from city center, but in quite area. Reception is multi lingual. Very good breakfast with variety of hot and cold meals, bakery. Service with good attention/attitude. Spacious rooms. Totally recommend! Restaurant has very good reputation in the town. Thanks to the hotel personel that made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Highly recommended hotel! Super location 15 minutes walking to city center and North Railway station and just next door to the Zoo — for nature lovers! Friendly staff! Cleaning on the highest level! Wi-Fi — super! Style of the rooms and hotel in general — wow!
But the most important thing, what really shocked me it is breakfast! The choice is amazing and taste is truly remarkable — thanks to the Chef!
If you will visit Kalinigrad, do not forget to take a short train ride from the North railway station to Svetlogorsk — to enjoy lovely breeze from Baltic sea!
