Hotels in Transylvania with Breakfast

Great stay at Korona, friendly and welcoming owners, good food. We plan to get back next year.

Food was really good and staff was friendly. The place needs an update though. The shower was leaking making the bathroom all wet, there was no hot water in the morning (only started after 9 am).

We had a dinner here and it is fair to say there were not many options in the area, so very convenient. We informed them upfront because they rely on fixed menu.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, it's warm and friendly and the food is great! Our room had log cabin vibes which we loved especially when it was snowing ☺️ I would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Free car parking available. Not exactly in the city center but you can still reach it by foot.

Tidy and cozy place. 10mins cab away from the old town where most nice restaurants and attractions are. It has few restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

I stayed at Camino Home in Cluj for 5 days, and I have to say, it was a really nice experience. The place felt welcoming and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Very nice hotel, witch self checking. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience at Issara Report Turda — it is truly a 5⭐ hidden gem. The whole concept built around the horses is unique and adds a special charm to the place.

Sometimes the words can not describe the reality. For me this place is one of the best I visited in Romania. 3 days spent here during Easter and it is amazing.

Close to the train station (about 15 min walk with luggage). It just have been renovated. The restaurant is very good and the service very prompt.

Hotel Fenyo in Miercurea Ciuc is a 3-star hotel that is our goto place when we return to the area.

The owners are … just like must to be — no more, no less.

Our stay at SunGarden Golf & Spa Resort was nothing short of exceptional — a true sanctuary of elegance, comfort, and serenity.

We went there for a wedding and stayed overnight. The moment we reached, we were impressed with the service and the staff. Very helpful, polite, and friendly.

Really near to old town. Rooms are small but they have the minimum. They are very clean and tidy.

Beautiful hotel centrally located within walking distance of the local market and very close to other attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Very good value for money. The afternoon receptionist spoke little English but we managed to communicate. Spacious, clean rooms (they gave me a free upgrade to a better room without me asking…).

When we came into town we saw a tired industrial area. We had low expectations for the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. It is a refurbished communist era hotel.

I was a bit apprehensive getting a hostel, especially one on the edge of town but I was pleasantly surprised.

Very large and very very clean room. The staff very friendly. I will definitely stop and sleep here again. Do not judge a book by it's cover. Pop in and you will be amazed by the spotless room.

Spectacular place to have your first visit to this cultural enrich city. Most of the staff is named Alex, which is quite fun to deal with. The rooms were in perfect conditions, the view was nice.

We had a reservation at Hermanns Hotel in Sibiu that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to unexpected security circumstances and flight cancellations from Israel.

Honestly it was a great experience to be in hotel. Staff of the hotel was great, room in hotel was so comfy that I felt so grateful about this hotel that I had a cozy experience.

A convenient stay in Cluj Napoca. Close to the central areas (aprx 10min walk) and to the railway station (aprx 15min walk).

We loved all the plants in the outside area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Conacul Archia, which offers a very nice remote and peaceful feeling.

The inside is a lot better than the outside, which looks like a traveler's 'motel' from the communist period. Tastefully decorated inside, very comfortable beds, minibar and aircon.

Prime real estate for a restaurant, undeniably.
If the weather makes it viable, be sure to sit outside and take in the wonderful atmosphere of the square whilst enjoying your meal.

We arrived in Sibiu without having any reservation. We found the last available room at Rabbit Hole.

Everything was thoughtfully curated—from the attention to detail and warm hospitality to the enchanting garden and elegant castle.

For the few appreciating fine details or silence, the place is a gem. The lesser few who also revere nature or slow-living will notice the subtle art in the fine dining served or the romantic setting.
