Mi s-a parut un pic prea scumpa ciorba de burta. La 15 lei portia puteau sa includa si smantana, paine si ardei. Mai demult, la un pret mai mic decat in alta parte, iti lasau castronul de ciorba pe masa pt supliment, acum nu. Si gustul a fost mai bun alta data… Daca e ceva bun, de ce sa il schimbi? Pt ca nu aducea suficient profit, desi era plin de cate ori am fost acolo? Poate…

Very good service, the best gut soup in Sibiu, fits many people, reasonable prices, poor design but simply and elegantly made for an everyday decent meal. It is good choice even though it's not a noteworthy neighbourhood. All in all it's a good place for a lunch or dinner! Adaptive menu for every taste.

A place you go to for decent food, without hoping for more. There are a few simple dishes they prepare properly and you get exactly what you expect/pay for. Prices are low, the interior design is absent, but this is not the place to go for the atmosphere. You order, eat and leave with a full stomach, satisfied and with money left for later, maybe for dessert somwhere else…

Good food. The place is popular. It goes beyond meeting the locals. These are the locals wetter you like it or not. Good food, again.

They have the best soup I every had (tripe sour soup). Every single time I go to Sibiu, at the end of the day this is the place I end up to. The service is fast and food is good. Even if you don't like the soup they have a lot of good Romanian food.

Cea mai buna ciorba de burta din lume. Si mancare foarte buna in rest. Preturi super ok! E cel mai vizitat local de catre mine, desi e in alt oras decat cel in care locuiesc.

The " burta soup" is delicious, Is the best from the city, If you visit Sibiu you must to go there to try the soup.

One of the few places in Sibiu open early. The nice lady who owns the place, is a granny all of us wanted but few had. Freshest bread, coffee on tap, textured mashed potato, home mad prune plum preserve, ham, fluffy butter, all the components of a great breakfast. We loved the preserve so much that bought some of it (I still think we underpaid big time. ) Communication in Romanian or German only, but magic words like "omelette" and "pork" and "salata" will get you there.

Clean rooms and reasonably priced. Recommend.

Due to the fact I am a stripe soup lover, I decided to try their most famous dish. I did my best to overlook the mess from the restaurant (dirty table cloths, tableware and surroundings), the insistent waiter who wanted to uspell me different other dishes and the entire aspect of this local place to eat. The stripe soup was decent, although not good enough to give it a better rating, a bit more expensive than what I would have expected. From my personal point of view this place is highly overrated.
