Wounderfull staff, multilingual. Petfriendly. Lovly food with good prices. Lemonade and all the dishes to die for. Nice clean hotell, well worth a visit. Beeing placed in the very centre of Tirgu Mures.

I stayed here for business purposes and liked it. Its close to many locations. Rooms are average level but I think bathrooms need to be improved. The reception staff was very helpful, kindly and polite but housekeeping should be improved. Breakfast was good and I liked it. Internet Wi-Fi was available in everywhere around hotel.

Status hotel, interiors "with a patina of time. " There is a park area around the hotel. Nearby Sinai railway station (remember "The Nameless Star". Bucharest-Sinai train) In the interior decoration elements of Modern However, a solid age adds to the problems: in the room a little audible smell of mustiness.

The restaurant was good. The perfect breakfast. Room condition more than correct. The hotel is located on one of the main roads so a lot of noise if you don't close the window fortunately there is air conditioning. The front desk misexplained how the parking lot works. WARNING to future travellers, if you do not park right in front of the hotel entrance (very little space and in construction) and you park in the car park next door (no
real distinction between the two) you quickly end up with a fine by the police that passes every 30 minutes ;)

The hot water didn't work.

The staff is nice, I stood there during Awake Festival in September 2017 and the rooms were very clean and tidy, I had a problem with the shower but they fixed it as soon as I let them know and left for the festival.

Well priced, excellent service, very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was very tasty, with many options and a huge drinks variety. The bar has excellent coffee, drinks and cake options. One of the city's old icon, remains an icon!

Hotel centrally located staff friendly languages spoken Romanian English Italian.

I was positively surprised at the structure. By Enchantment.
A hotel with all the best services from rooms with mini bar, manicure, Freeland to the restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Romanian cuisine accompanied by good wine. The cleanliness is perfect. The room is spacious with a small sitting area and very isolated… to return.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures they have posted on booking. The rooms smelled like mold, the carpets were stained, the water in the bathroom was yellow and smelled like bleach and the drain in the bathroom overflows when you shower. The hotel has a parking out front but you have to pay for it even if you are staying at the hotel. Definitely not a place I want to visit again!

Hotel in the center of the city. Ideal place for those who want to move with tranquility. Friendly staff, but the structure would require a renovation of the interior furnishings.

Rude staff, shoddy conditions and overpriced for what it offers, very disappointed.

Hotel is dated but with good services and attention to the public. No air conditioning in the rooms. Friendly and very polite employees. Paid parking.

Rooms adequate for price, no minibar items to purchase, reception staff could do with educating on courtesy.

It is a three star hotel. Furniture a bit old. The food is very good.

In the evening I asked to check the toilet. Nobody did this. This morning the toilet in room 913 met me flooded with sewage. I could not take a shower and brush my teeth. The administrator just laughed in response and did not do anything.

Clean hotel. Excellent value for money. The restaurant food is fantastic value and good quality.
The hotel is warm and pleasant staff are around.
Clean towels every day.
Downside is no kettle or hot drink facilities in the room, but a mini bar that is well stocked and reasonably priced.
My only complaint is the rattling of the radiator in room 1004. It's very noisy when it starts but does quieten off after a while. Otherwise it's very quiet. Large TV in room with some English programs.
I will come back.

The prices are great but the property is dated. Overall it is equipped with everything and is a good compromise for stops that do not exceed 7 days! The proximity to the centres of interest deserves 5 stars.

In the heart of downtown, but the room had a bad smell of paint, worn and not comfortable bed.

The time is 10:30… Need food… Room service not picking up. They close at 11… Fooooodd… This is not a joke. Room 812, please sent pizza!

Good hotel and location is in the center. Nice place very quiet. Clean and the atmodher is very good.

Sure! I will use this hotel again if the make some change on the menu cart in the restaurant Foie gras take that away. If not I will not be gest again Regards Bjarne.

We had to pay for the parking.

It's a good hotel, very large and located next to the main street, everything is clean and the reception looks good, but the room, although it was freshly painted, bathroom had a very old, rusty radiator and wood windows colorless, despite that the sleep quality was good and very cheap for the area. They have a fixed price of room for two for € 28 I have to say that when I stayed, began to make repairs at 830am. Could feel from the bed noise and vibration.
