I would rather die than going back to this place. Everything was wrong here. The staff was absolutely rude and awfull. They were of no help. The ceiling was actually infested with mold and the cleaning services were awfull. They actually stole my phone charger when I was away (that was the only electronic device I left in the room). The bathroom is separated by a glass sliding door and there's no privacy in this regard. The breakfast food was poorly cooked and kept in an unhealthy, unhygienic conditions. Also there wasn't too many types of food to choose from. The airconditioning was loud, and smelly.

The hotel was refurbished nicely, however the windows are not being kept clean. That's a star less.

They announce themselves as a 4 stars hotel but barely get the 3. Very noisy rooms. There were a constant sound in the room from the air conditioner even when it was turned off. There are no curtains to block the daylight so in summer at 5.30 in the morning all light came into the room. The bathroom doesn’t have privacy only is a window panel between the bed and the toilet. The shower has a very uncomfortable curtain that all the time is bothering you while you’re taking a shower.

Business hotel, located right in the middle of the city centre, kinda quaint, but fairly decent.

Strong Wi-Fi signal, great location. But lifts we're dodgy and a few colleagues were stuck for several minutes.

Two to three star hotel. Room for improvement in terms of service. Layout of rooms is odd. No shower curtain in most rooms do be prepared for wet floor. Tip: excellent location if u wish to check out the city churches etc.

Cozy hotel, everything is comfortable, large windows in the room with a beautiful view of the city, pleasant staff and much more to stay. Recommend!

Beautiful views from the room window. There is something to admire at any time. It is centrally located and all the shops and stalls are close by.

Situated downtown Targu Mures, Grand Hotel is probably the most visited one in the city. Very large rooms, good acomodation, huge lobby space, restaurant and parking lot. Very g for groups and large private events. There are rooms for meetings, confrences, etc, a space for dance or good disco dance.

High standards and great food! Nice view of the town that you can see from the hotel rooms!

Overall would be a 2 star hotel experience, mattresses springs sticking out making almost impossible to sleep on them, bathroom fan inoperable and mini-frige sharp aluminium lock causing us injuriy when trying to open the door, the good rooms were reserved by local travel agencies for few days so the recieptionits on our arrival gave us a lower quality room with the pretext that they can not find other rooms for our longer stay… which is ridicoulus pretext. Excellent Breakfast and the view after been moved up in the midle of our stay were the highlight of the stay, staff tried to do their best to accomodate us but management/marketing folks kind of dragged the experience much lower than expected.

Lovely veiw and super clean.

Luxurious at first sight, but skimped on the details. A hotel of this magnitude, in the city center should focus even on the tiniest details. I only visited the 2nd floor for a wedding event. The ballroom was very fancy. The bathroom? Well, not so much. For these prices, please pay attention, because your customers sure will!

Recently renovated, the colors are not the best match… but everything it's new.
