I had dinner in the restaurant with my family and the service and food was excellent. Highly recommended. The beef penne dish was delicious.

We absolutely enjoyed our suite, king side bedroom and largest suite! The heat worked like a gem! Breakfast was Fabulous! We did not dine at the hotel restaurant last night because I only drink soups and my soup was not on the menu… the rest great! Parking was fabulous! Location five stars!

A chic hotel, the pleasant staff, the breakfast. I recommend.

Very good location in town. Reservation staff made us aware at the moment of the booking that a wedding should be at the hotel and it may be noisily during the evening/night. We accepted and it was not that disturbing. Very good staff. Only negative to say: Breakfast buffet had no much variation and it was very small for a 4 stars hotel.

Amazing food amazing service amazing everything. Dont be afraid of how fancy it looks, prices go from 4$ (18ron) to 25$ (95ron), everything in the menu sounds amazing and I recommend the Buffala cheese croquets, pasta with shrimps, tomato soup, and the irish potatoes suffle. Also! beware portions are HUGE dont order two dishes because it is too much food.

Clean and friendly structure, very friendly and helpful staff, rich breakfast, parking inside the structure and very comfortable with the historical center of the city. Restaurant inside the hotel very good.

Synthetic bedding too elastic. Shower too narrow. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel in the centre. Calm!

We only ate here, great service in the restaurant, good atmosphere and cost terrace. The young waitress was very kind with our young son and tried to make him as comfortable as possible.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location in the heart of the historic city center. The restaurant is superb, the furnishings are elegant and comfortable. You will not be disappointed with this luxurious small personable hotel. Close to the historic tower and the quaint town square. We will be back! Thank you for the amazing memories.

The hotel is so chique. Services and food are excellent.

Restaurant good ambience but excellent food. Service excellent. Shared bean soup (herbal flavor) and a shared perfect Lamb Shank plus small salad to our taste. Price hi for this town but worth a minor splurge. Cheese cake dessert good but not NYC perfection.

We enjoyed very much the food, it was very tasty and the staff was very friendly! Great selection of craft beer!

The rooms are super comfortable and big. Room service is present but they leave you alone while you're at the hotel — barely noticeable! It would be great if it were a bit cheaper, though.

Excelent. The rooms are big and very clean and the personal very sweet. The food is also great.

Dishonest with foreigners. I didn't actually stay there, but the employees tried to scam me for the benefit of the hotel. I entered the hotel to ask where I could find wine to buy, like a supermarket. The guy at the reception told me there was one 50 meters down the street. Then someone on the side told him something in Romanian I didn't understand, and he told me I could buy wine with them, from the restaurant. I told them I didn't want to pay restaurant prices on a wine, and would go to the supermarket. Then the same guy from the side told him another thing in Romanian, and the reception guy told me that the supermarket was closed because it was new year's eve, and I had to buy the wine at the hotel because I wouldn't find anything open. I ended up taking a look at their wine menu, and the wines were, indeed, much more expensive than what you would pay for in a supermarket. I gave up and left the hotel, but went check out the supermarket anyway. Sure enough, it was open, and I bought wine for much less than I would if I had let the employees at the hotel deceive me. I have no idea how good the hotel is, but I would never stay in a place were they try to deceive you for money.
