My main issues are related to poor management and client services.
From taking reservations for services they offer (spa or restaurants) to bills that were incorrect (charges that did not belong to us applied to our room, to restaurant charges for items we did not order), to check in-check out experience, no one seemed to care about the client.
The attitude was always rude and combative.
My conclusion is that because the tips are included in all the bills (even though no one tell you this) the staff doesn't care, and sadly neither does the management. Once you are there, you're stuck with them, it doesn't matter that the area is great and that the spa and hotel/rooms are ok, clean and well kept.

One of the best spa resorts in Romania. Excellent lodging, the spa and thermal facilities are awesome, one of the best personnel we've seen and the location is amayzing. Best all round resort in Transylvania.

Awesome! 100% relaxing, great views, the spa is well scheduled so you never have to wait. You must to take a walk also and see the nearby attractions.

The hotel is clean and the spa is nice but they've tried to scam us at the end by adding services to our room that we did not benefit from and charging us extra for the ones that we already payed.

I booked a spa day and a massage just to be told I can't enter because my booking does not appear in their system. Then they argued with me that I remember the booking time wrong. (I clearly didn't, I noted it down the moment we agreed over the phone. ) No apologies, no compensation that I drove all the way there for nothing. Never going back, I don't recommend because of unprofessional personnel and treatment of customers.

The room was good, it was clean and big, the bed was comfortable. The spa was big and with lots of pools filled with spring water. Lot of loud kids, but it wasn't that bad. The outside pool and jacuzzi with the sauna was the best. The staff was nice, but some really showed that they don't care about anything. The food, well it was terrible. There are 3 restaurants, yet they have nothing new and exciting to show. The menus were very small. It was a big disappointment.

Enjoyable place, artwork to admire — wood sculptures and photography — a nice spa with good sauna and an essential very-cold-water basin right next to the sauna. This feature I am going to miss, unless I combine ice-diving and sauna. Best of all, their new restaurant ”Fork”, opened 2 days ago, is where I had the best dinner ever. A place for wine lovers too.

The hotel is wonderful, also the spa but there are a lot if people just jumping in the pool and loud children and the staff doesn’t do anything about this. Also, staff doesn’t care that people enter the sauna with plastic slippers or do not use a towel to sit on in the sauna. Best idea is to come during the week or late Sunday and you will enjoy it the most. The breakfast was good but I would expect much more choices for a 4 star hotel. They did had some amazing home made croissants though! I would recommend going here, it’s a very nice place. But be aware that the road to reach this place is full of holes.

Nice place in the middle of the forrest. Not many activities for kids when the weather is bad. The food is good. High probability to encounter bears in the close neighborhood. A little expensive but it might worth it.

The place is nice, but there are lots of families with unsupervised kids. So kids are running around screaming through the hallways, at the restaurant, jumping into the swimming pool. The hotes has rules for the spa: no jumping into the swimming pool, no kids into the sauna, etc. But there is no one to enforce these rules, so it resembles more of a water park, rather than a spa. Although there is a kids pool, most of them are jumping and splashing into the big pool, or running in and out of the jacuzzi or sauna. The room is comfortable and spacious and the restaurant is good (if you manage to ignore the screaming kids). I'm sure this would make for a much more pleasant experience if the hotel personnel would remind the parents to keep their kids in check at the reception, at the restaurant and at spa. I would give 5 stars for the accommodation and restaurant, but only one star for the experience, hence the 3 star rating.

Best place I've been in the last years to disconnect from the urban jungle, all the stress and polution. The tranquility helped me regain my zen mood, the springs are wonderful and warm and I left the spa very rested.
It has a pig pool, where you can easily swim from one end to another, the jacuzzi outside facing the forest for a fuzzy feeling and the relaxing pooles with hydromassages and salty spring water were a nice addition. Will definitely pay another visit!

Cool & elegant, nice views, polite people, big parking lot, spacious rooms. However, there are things inside the rooms that are quite used, the shower cabin is not closing properly and it is not the most colorful room you can get (dark grey everywhere). Also, not everything seemed disinfected and the cabin shower was not fully cleaned when we checked in.

Hotel is nice but the "wellness spa" is more an aquapark "Strand" for children. If you want to relax, don't go there.

A good place for team buildings and trips with friends and family. The spa is nice and clean, with enough pools for different tastes. Rooms are big, maybe the only problem is the heating system — the air in the room is too dry.

Just great. However you need to reconnect to the Wi-Fi every hour or so. I didn't use the spa, but I had to drag my wife from there kicking.

Nice location. The resort is placed in the midsts of the forest, nice views and all. Very friendly staff and the food is overall good, especially the dinner. Breakfast is somehow scarce. I would expected a hotel with over 100 rooms had bigger spa facilities. The main pool has like 40 sunbeds, totally not enough for at least half of the guests. The nearby traditional restaurant has also fewer tables than expected compared with the hotel’s capacity. The hotel’s restaurant however is nice along with the bar. Impressive collection of wines. The adventure park is available only during the warm and hot season (thing they didn’t mention on the website)

Quiet location with very nice spa and facilities. One big pool, couple of saunas, 2 very nice restaurants. Perfect location for a 2-3 nights gettaway.

The best resort i've been in a while. The rooms are great, the food is perfect and the water is fantastic!

I wish it could be all five star worth. The truth is the fourth star is for the beautiful spot and scenery. Such a pity the hotel is not in the best possible shape. Prices are high though and people expects quality they simply cannot find it there. I saw furniture and rugs which needed to be changed, the curtains were too small to cover the entire window and I could continue for a while.

Nice area, nice rooms and hotel amenities but bad services and extremelly rude, agressive and impolite staff! The staff seems to be upset by any client request, even by the most basic ones (i. E. In the restaurant I asked the waiter to help me and bring several plates for my birthday cake. The waiter was so upset by my request that almost pull out the cake from my hand… and this was just one of the bad experience I had here! ). The worst experience I ever had! I am sorry for my time and the money spent!

Very beautiful place. Service is great, the cuisine is fantastic. The SPA is incredible. Definitely a place to come more often.

Nice Spa but very noisy with a lot of children on a sunday. Not recommended for relaxation.

The spa is great, the rooms are clean and have a very nice view. The restaurant is cozy but the food can be improved.

The hotel is avarage, but the spa is the best I've seen. The treatment by the staff was in general bad. It is a pity.
