What can I say… I thought the communism was over in Romania, but the owner did everything she could to show us the contrary. Rooms were okish, but still very overpriced, the kitchen I would say was everything but clean. When we left it was looking better than when we came in, so I guess that says it all. After we had a small grill we left like one single pot to clean afterwards (1-2h) and we have been scolded as if we started World War 3. She even wanted us to sign a legal agreement that if we did it again to be penalized and refused access to the kitchen. We… Thanks Thomas Jefferson. Moreover, we have been literally threatened that if we make any noise after 10PM she would call the police on us and they would give us a fine around the sum of 400€. Totally aberrant. She even imposed a limit of 25 dB on us and then mocked us by saying a whisper has 20 so we should be very careful. Thank God I'm patient… Not to say that we agreed on the phone to pay at the end of our stay and the first thing she did when we arrived was asking for money. Once again we agreed to give her half in that moment and half at the end of our stay. But she changed her mind and the day after she said that if we don't give her the whole amount she will kick us out. We still had 2 nights left there. I will not even mention that some other guests left one single light turned on by the night and she blamed it on us once again.
Este foarte interesant Eu Tu, cit de destept te crezi. Probabil ai fi vreun borfas de Bucurestean, care se crede buricul pamintului, si unde ai fost, pentru ca vad ca ai scris comentarii frumoase si despre alta pensiune, nu ti-a convenit. Din punctul meu de vedere, pentru ca am fost la Pensiunea Irina de n ori, eu nu vad ce ai vazut tu asa de iesit din comun. Sincer, de ce nu stai tu acasa, ca mai mult de un apartament, probabil nu ai vazut in viata ta, si poate mergi pina in parcul Herastrau, si ala o fi muntele pentru tine, de retard si necivilizat ce esti! Bai frate voi astia din Capitala sunteti ca raia, ca mergi in Poiana Brasov, Predeal, Bran, Transfagarasan, etc. Nu mai poate omul sa incapa de voi, si de fitele voastre de prost gust. Oare cita scoala ai, de i-ti permiti sa jignesti proprietarii unei locatii turistice, ai 4, 8 probabil. Decit sa ne strici dispozitia unora, stai mai pe facebook sau pe what, s up ca la aia va pricepeti toti! Aviz amatorilor Coso, Jaideh si mai stiu eu cum va numiti, nu sunteti mai breji decit asta! Unii va credeti atit de destepti, ca o sa faceti temperatura, la cit de plini de ura si de invidie sunteti pe altii!

We had a last minute cancellation for our booked apartment and Irina was really nice and got us in, late at night. We had a rustic experience and the host was friendly and welcoming. The place is amazing with superb views of Piatra Craiului mountain. However the bed was hard to sleep on and dusty. The overall experience was nice but it need some more attention to be a 5 start pension.
