Disappointed by the general attitude and quality. The rooms were decent, warm and clean, but the bathroom was tiny, and the bathtub was ridiculous. We never saw any staff until the last day when they simply placed our hotel receipt with our (mediocre and overpriced) breakfast receipt in the restaurant which I found tremendously rude, especially for a four star hotel. The evening we arrived it had heavily snowed but no one even bothered to make a path, let alone clean the parking lot. The location is quite inconvenient as well, it's far from the city centre, and on a hilly side street that also was not cleaned of snow on the day of our arrival. Wifi is available, but the connection is poor. Would have given a slightly better review if the establishment hadn't advertised as four star.
