Good hotel, nice location. Not so great breakfast.

Really nice room and helpfull staff.

They have rooms for 2 persons with separate beds — one of the few hotels with such accommodation options. Clean and quiet. Bathrooms are very small. Breakfast is served in a nearby location, but you have an equipped kitchen in this location, which you can use. Very friendly staff.

Easy to reach, in a good located area. Close restaurants nearby, such as"Ceasu' rau! ". A very good one! One of the best money can buy!. There is a well provided kitchen, 24 hours reception. Very nice.

Booked a suite, we were given a room on the first floor opposite the reception which didn't really like us. Asked on the top floor, there rooms are better and the view is nice, we were refused, said everything is occupied although the hotel was practically empty.

Reasonably priced, however it was cold with no way of. Controlling the heating inside the room and it smelled like dirty feet.

Very old building with crapy mattrasses! The whole place has an overpowering flowersmell. No airconditioning and no own mini-bar.

It has been without a doubt the worst room I have stayed in (considering that they offer it as a suite). In the bathroom there is only one person, and much less towels or personal belongings. The sheets were suicias with spots and hair. Lousy service. I don't recommend it.

There are no vacancies now for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Because my family and I would be staying again in this hotel.

Sorry I forgot to write a review, I was here in October 2015 about the 19th or 20th I was very impressed with the Hotel? residence, the young lady at the desk was super helpful and very nice, I will stay there again, when I go back next month… Brasov is a Great city to visit…

All OK, very nice kitchen and lounge from which you can see Brasov hills. I only felt a bit strange with all those CCTV cameras. I even once got asked by a roommaid which room am I from when I was on the staircase ;-).

Wonderful atmosphere. Central location. Spacious rooms. A bit too warm in the last floor's apartments. No aircondition.
