Amazing service, kind and helpful staff, great quality food and comfy rooms. The location is absolutely great too. Overall, amazed. Thank you all again for making our marriage day so special.

Nice hotel but could be more clean nad staff should be on higher level. Breakfast served on 7th floor terrace is funtastic. Generally if you pay much lover price than standard is ok.

Nice modern hotel in close proximity to Piata Romana. Nice and spacious rooms with Wi-Fi, TV, Safe, Fridge. Good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Nice view from breakfast terrace on the top floor. Sauna and little gym also available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rude receptionist, mold in the shower area, no service available at time to carry luggage. To be avoided if you expect real five star services!

It's cool. I especially advise steak. Served on a hot marble rayr and you fry yourself at the table.

The conference and ball rooms are clean, bright, and with great views, the food was good, fast and profesional service.

Very nice, I would rather say „a Boutique Hotel“. + good location + modern + good breakfast + large rooms — hidden entrance, needed to drive around 5 times to find the entrance. Big entrance sign needed. — odd smell in the room, lack of cleanless Deserves 4 out 5 Stars.

Nice hotel with good food and very kind personnel.

It was not easy to orient among the hundreds of accommodation proposals offered in Bucharest by the telereservation sites. In the end I was persuaded by the hotel Marshal Garden, driven by the good location and the limited cost in relation to what it seemed to offer. I had some doubt that it immediately vanished arrived at the hotel.
It is a 5 star hotel located in a central part of Bucharest, though very lively and in the meantime quiet. The nearest Metro stop is Plata Romana and is less than a 10-minute walk away, the centre is easily reachable by foot. There are some supermarkets In the area. The hotel is not seen from the street, as it slightly indented inside a closed passage.

Pretty good. I was there at an event, but it looked ok. Sure… there where small things not working (ex: an outside lamp on their terrace). But the place is clean, the food is good and the staff helpful. I would recommend it. The location is pretty good also.

Good location (in the city center). Great for conferences as they have large conference rooms. Extremely hard to park in the area so make sure you secure a parking spot with the hotel's underground parking if they still have some available.

5 star hotel and terrace. Restaurant dedicated only for private parties.

We stayed at the hotel for nights as a part of business trip. Rooms were good. Service — was changing from day to day BUT IN ANY CASE 5 STAR. Food — need a real improuvement. Attention: Fridays and weekends are very noisy because of the parties organized at the hotel so not adapted for these who want to rest/sleep after a busy week. 2-3 star hotel.

I work in a 5 star hotel and this is certainely not a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 and 4 stars hotels with better service. I am staying here at the moment. The door to the bathroom is completely transparent. I booked a room with my (male) cousin, so obviously we were uncomfortable. The receptionist said that all rooms are that way and that we should have known that before booking by looking at photos on the website. I saw these photos, there is no way to understand that. We asked to be given a second room and were told the hotel was fully booked. A quick check on the hotel's website showed there were several rooms available, which means the receptionist lied. After that, he offered my cousin another room for extra €70. To add to all these — there's a wedding party going on on the 6th floor. It's 1:30am and i'm staying on the 2nd floor and the music is too loud. We called them a few times asking to lower the volume, they did and after a few minutes it went back up. We ended up calling the police, which came and spoke to the event's manager — they lowered the sound and after the police left they put it up again. I understand they want to make money, but they should invest in good sound-isolation. They need to decide weather they want to be a hotel or an events-venue. This place cannot be both. When I asked the receptionist to do something he laughed to my face and said there's nothing he can do. When I asked him to call the police he said "why should I do that?

A rude receptionist lied to me and said that the hotel was fully booked when I wanted to change rooms. After he lied to me he went back on his statement and offered me a room if I pay 70 euro more.
there was a wedding on the sixth floor with loud music and when we asked the receptionist to make them lower the volume he said ok but that this is our fault for not checking with the traveling agent about it.

Nice view. Cozy bed everything is perfect. I want to stay more days~

The rooms are ok. Food and breakfast ok to. But the service and the underground parking are a little bit disappointing. The staff must make room for the manager of the hotel because he is the boss — and with his big car horns at the gate his own costumers to make room for him.

Never going back. Terrible night's sleep due to a horrendously loud disco party on the 5th f. Oor until nearly 3am! Staff hopeless despite frequent phone calls to complain from multiple guests. No discount on checkout!

Nice hotel. I participated in a series of events here. The organisation was very good, nice premises, very good access downtown. The location is friendly with the people using wheel chairs, but the underground parking is awful.

It's a good hotel, they have a rooftop terrace which could be spectacular, however there is something missing to be truly great. It is lacking personality, in my opinion.
