4* hotel means attention to details but here was not the case: the room was dirty, they didn't take out the trash from the previous guests, only one bath set (robe, slippers, bathroom products) for a double room (my parents stayed in a different room and had the same problem), old (and scratched) furniture, ghingham curtains that belong rather to an inn than to a 4* hotel, no card-type key (but a heavy old style key that you need to carry with you) and rude staff. That's a pity because the hotel is located in a very elegant area of Bucharest. Never coming back, not even for the terrace or the restaurant.

One of my collaborators had a reservation at this hotel, the reservation was made by his assistant online and she is a woman: we arrive at the reception desk (the receptionist was dreaming… we specified few times that the reservation was made by a woman for a man! she insisted few times to ask where is the lady that make the reservation! ) after all the check-in was done she forget to gave the key, also ask few times! The room was DIRTY, the bathroom sink has hair inside. Anyway nothing compare with the photos from their site! No way 4 stars hotel! Then the restaurant: was all empty and we wait few minutes till the waiter came to take the order, the food was ok, prices high; I've ordered a caprese salad (and in the menu was specified with avocado) didn't see any avocado there; we drink water and waiter brings us the bottles with plastic straws! really a 4 stars restaurant doesn't uses glasses? I asked for glasses! Also the desert was served with plastic teaspoon! We asked to put the bill on the room and after that we left the restaurant, the waiter goes after my collaborator and asked for tip 30 lei! He didn't have lei and the waiter serene asked directly 10 euro! Under no circumstances I will ever visit this place or recommend it for reservation!

Stylish boutique hotel in the Northern part of Bucharest. No subway station. Clean rooms. Elevator is slow. Wifi internet is reliable. Breakfast is limited, not a lot of choices. For the price paid, I would highly recommend it. Only 3 parking spaces in front of entrance, however finding a parking place is usually not a problem in the area. There is a good restaurant nearby (200m) Sabatini, where you can have lunch and dinner. Mega Image supermarket is also closeby.

A bad experience. Service not at the level expected by a 4* hotel. Room not clean. king size bed… with 2 single bed joined. Some wedding parties organized on room on top of the hotel which make impossible to sleep because of noise. Management of the hotel really not professionnal, with no respect. A baby bed asked at arrival in morning. And by evening not installed for reason " not aviaible"… then become aviaible but too heavy to carry. Drive me to carry it myself and dicover that all these reasons was fake. This exemple is the experience of all you will face here. On breakfast some waitress play on their phone instead of refilling, then wake up and remove all your place while you are at buffet… Nothing was acceptable.

Been to a wedding there, waiters and servers pretty slow and somewhat rude.

Lovely place in Bucharest. Unique as a boutique hotel. Also the food made by the Egyptian Chef was excelent.

Ok, I find it terrible. Apart from the "old-fashion" decorations and styling, which is a matter of one's (dis) like, several issues should NEVER happen in a **** hotel: 1. Breakfast — it is served as a buffet, or I served by waiters. You can never know, but waiter service means one hour until the realize you entered the restaurant, take an order, bring you what you have ordered. 2. Breakfast again — how difficult is it to understand that "thank you, no" means that we don't want eggs for breakfast and bringing omelette is pointless? 3. Room-service — it's the straw that broke the camel's back. I do not understand how during everyday cleaning the staff leaves dirty glasses untouched on the table for three consecutive days? 4. Sewage/drainage — it's my third visit here, first time that drains under shower/bathtub are working properly. Not for the toilet seat which has leaking flush, which loudly refills itself during the whole night. 5. Asking guests to pay 18€ for one hour in the spa is a bit over the top. Massage — of course is a subject to pay. But sauna? come on… Pros: 1. Staff is friendly. 2. The bed is clean and comfy. 3. The hotel in general is clean.

Elegant and comfortable structure, furnishings and cleanliness. Located in a peaceful and quiet area, it makes use of friendly and collaborative staff.

Luxury hotel, all right, cleanliness kindness and punctuality. Good breakfast.

On 19th December we had quick early check out at 03:45 AM, an IPad was forgotten in the room couldn't be found!

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is located in a more wealthy district of Bucharest.

Haven't stayed in this hotel, but the breakfast is excellent, so I'm definitely coming back.

I don't understand how this place got 8.4 on agoda reviews. Pros: -fairly good location. -staff members trying their best to accommodate you. Cons: -extremely noisy place — there is a diferent party every night here with loud people going in and out. So if you just want rest, please do yourself a favour and consider a different hotel. Especially Saturdays, when they have weddings on and music will be unbearable until 6 AM. -mattresses are very uncomfortable and old. -the plumbing must be very old, cause during the night you can hear every room flushing. -furniture very is and rugged. -shower cabin get filled with water as the drain doesn't work properly — it happen in both the rooms I've stayed. -prices are high for the quality of services they offer. Would never consider this place again.

Small, but excellent conditions and services. Also great view from the terrace.

Not the most friendly staff, especially when they tried to tell us that breakfast is finished when it wasn't, very small duvet provided for 2 people; all in all, clearly not as fancy as the pictures look… location is the best selling point for this hotel.

Beautiful, with lots of tranquility in the bustling Bucuresti. The room was very clean and comfortable. The friendly and friendly treatment of the employees is what counts when coming back, and I will be back.

Staff are helpful, polite. Regular cleaning rooms. Fantastic breakfast layout and plenty of choice to eat. Beautiful hotel and not too far from the Bucharest main centre. Enjoyed the walks. Definitely will be visiting again. Value for money.

Terasa Astrodom — mancare ordinara chiar execrabila — carnea din burger-ul astrodom a fost servita cruda intr-o chifla de la Mega de 50 Bani, cu o felie din branza topita Hochland si ceapa in exces, burger-ul a fost asortat cu niste cartofi cu boia dulce in exces totul pt 60 Lei (foile de salata cred ca au fost refolosite de la alti clienti, deoarece atunci cand au fost servite aveau deja firimituri de paine pe ele si urme de susan si praf negru ce nu era piper), squids salat nu a avut feliile de lamaie proaspete, erau stafidite si fara zeama. Servirea ospataritei a fost facuta fara orice consideratie catre igiena, aceasta manevrand furculita si cutitul destinate servirii direct in tava cu care era adusa si nota (banii) si direct pe masa fara servetele. Am fost suprataxati la apa prin metoda nu avem decat… Privelistea este OK.

Great small hotel with nice rooftop terraces and helpful staff.

Am avut ocazia sa fiu invitat la un eveniment acolo si mi-a placut restaurantul lor + mancarea care s-a servit. Priveristea de pe terasa este nemaipomenita. Esti un norocos daca poti sa prinzi un asfintit de soare acolo.

Nice rooms and good service. There is too much light the room as the Windows are covered only by sheer curtains.

Seer, nice Hotel. With beautiful rooms if you book over the Internet is also favorable.
