We were completely scammed. They charged us over $1, 000 even though we didn’t stay there a single night. We mistakenly booked on Booking. Com without realizing the reservation was non-refundable, and only noticed the issue three days later when we canceled.
They refused to return the money, claiming “Booking’s policy” doesn’t allow it. But when we contacted Booking, they said that this is simply not true – the host has full discretion to issue a refund and chose not to.
Avoid this place at all costs. Any response they post here will likely be dishonest – we’ve experienced firsthand how misleading and uncooperative they can be.
Value for money. The room 7 is very big and it has a floor heating system and high-quality appliances. In the reception, it smells like a laundry shop, most probably they are doing sheet cleaning service themselves.

Perfect place for short/long stay in Bucharest. We stay here every time — excellent location, the staff is extremely attentive, the studios/apartments are quite big, the price is good. Highly recommended!
