The room was clean with a nice shower room.
The nickel pool cleaned every day, ideal water temperature!
And above all a big thank you to the Chef and his team from starter to dessert it was a treat.
And breakfast from sweet to salty I loved it.
I recommend without hesitation, ideal for a weekend or holiday with family, friends etc.

Room really not worthy of a hotel. I am currently in the chamber 104 bed really too small, TV no bigger than a tablet! Really disappointed! However, at a price of 120 eur per night.

Super welcome to the Old Copse, thanks again to Kelly! Room is nice, bedding very comfortable. Beautiful property in a general way. It always takes a lot of pleasure to come spend a weekend with you. We tried the spa for the 1st time, experience to renew! Only downside : the shower water is really just lukewarm. Soon! Emma and Nico.

A very warm welcome, with a team to the small care for their guests. Nestled in the heart of Cilaos, this hotel is an excellent starting point for the many hikes offered in the circus. The SPA then allows you to relax before or after a good swim in the heated pool.

Very nice establishment the staff is very pleasant and the services perfect. Perfect place for a stay in this beautiful village of Cilaos.

Restoration too long 1h between each dish! Too much waiting for little no choice in meals! Room Full of mosquitoes! And the road as not to do it because really very peri. Not to do with sick people in the car!

The meal from the restaurant to the top small downside was benefited from the offer of 1h spa, supposedly the heated whirlpool pool while it was totally iced!

Very nice welcome. We were very happy with the hotel. The perfect breakfast before walking the hiking trails, the spa or the sauna to recover, the restaurant to recharge the batteries. An address I recommend for a stage in the circus of Cilaos.

I came last year in this hotel in may. The suite was great room very comfortable staff was pleasant, from breakfast to dinner I am regaler and, frankly, kudos to the reception staff they is 400 times better qun other 4 star hotel where I was in cilaos and leave desired … I will come back at you his these for sure.

Hotel that we enjoy to find, after the many bends of the course to Cilaos. The team is efficient, the garden and the rooms well-kept, offering this warmth to the small mountain hotels. The Spa is appreciable after hiking and affordable, the pool also although the water is not very hot (at least when we were there), the Wi-Fi correct. Having breakfast while contemplating the panorama of a circus remains a unique pleasure. However, the property deserves some maintenance and decoration work. It is also well placed, just a few steps away from the Centre with its own restaurants.

Nice hotel! The atmosphere was very nice at dinner. The rooms are quite spacious but some bathrooms are a bit narrow. The pool was advertised as heated but it was not during our stay. Plus she was a little dirty.

Nice old wooden hotel with friendly professional staff. Only disturbing the omnipresent anglicalization by Google, all signs are loud Vieux Cep and not Old Vine.

Hotel very good but unfortunately the hotel restaurant was disappointing at the service level. But you can have a great time if you don't have to dine there.

Very well. Restaurant with musicians on Saturday. Nice atmosphere, dinner and hearty breakfast in self-service. This makes it possible to discover the typical dishes.

A charming hotel in a flowered garden with a beautiful weather that offers a panoramic view of the mountains we had the pleasure of staying in a superior room freshly renovated tastefully the staff is welcoming and available we have Preferred to eat a la carte at night although the buffet was interesting with a decent price the breakfast is plentiful
We will return as a family as this hotel has much more.

We were greeted very nicely and made us feel at ease. The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but unfortunately the room furnishings are outdated.

Very nice hotel with a lot to offer: Pool, Jacuzi and Spa. The rooms are nicely decorated and cosy. The Restaurant was alright. As a base for your hiking trips around Cilaos it's a good choice.

Hotel Nice, friendly and available staff. Exceptional, either in good or bad weather. Small disappointment, the jacuzzi was broken but it happens. Experience to be repeated.
